  If Tony Reyes is your PM just walk. He said he’d personally magnet sweep my yard to make sure there were no nails left over, he never came to the job site after the first day, I’m still finding nails a year later and 4 of the 6 windows they re-wrapped are leaking but according to Tony it doesn’t look like a window leak. They rescheduled an hour after the planned start time because the entire crew got picked up by ICE on their way to my house.

  Tuckpointing on our church building that was done by Walton in 2016-17 began failing in 2019 and now needs to be redone. Since there was a 5 year warranty on work, talked to Walton to try to get it fixed in 2019, but they blamed it on our roof (which they also repaired in 2014 and was further repaired in 2018). Now tuckpointing is failing badly in 2 of the 3 wall sections that they tuckpointed and needs to be redone. Very disappointed, as they did a great job for us with our windows in 2014.

Walkthroughs can some times take a bit longer than expected with construction projects but that is no excuse. The inspector should have atleast gave you heads up prior. We track all inspectors locations via their fleet monitors. We will bring it to the attention of that inspector. Thank you for taking our call today.   Update: Its been almost 2 weeks and getting the information and paperwork we need is nearly impossible. They haven't done any work yet, but I had to come brag on the manager, Tony. He came to give us a quote and was beyond friendly and helpful. I loved his professionalism and knowledge. I guess there was a miscommunication and another man from the company ended up coming too. That goes to show how "on it" they are. Can't wait to get our quote to see if we can afford to work with these awesome people!

  Paid for an estimate $250. I wass told that I would get the breakdown of the cost in 5 days. Still haven't gotten a response.

  Hello: We did a site visit at the location of 8428 S. May, Chicago, IL 60620 on 6/26/2017. We mentioned that we needed a better CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to more accurately create a scope of work/estimate. However, we did not receive the requested document until a couple days later. Due to the long holiday weekend our office was closed. In addition, there was a loss in the family to the inspector and he had to attend to his family. For these reasons, we were unfortunately unable to get back to you in the 5 business days we normally provide our estimates in. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will be more than happy to refund the $250.00 you gave us as soon as possible. It was not our intention for things to get this far, as we were not aware of this situation until we checked our review. Here is our business information just in case you misplaced it.   Tony and his team communicated really well from the inspection to installation to completion. Very friendly and they finished the job early, I would highly recommend going with Walton Contractors!

  What an amazing experience with Walton Contractors. They replaced the roof on my home and repaired siding. They were attentive and explained every step of the process. Their workers were kind and professional. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of roof or siding replacement. I had an opportunity to meet with the owner Tony and it was a pleasure. I worked closely with Caesar who was wonderful and kept me updated on the progress so I never felt in the dark regarding what would happen next. They made it easy to recommend them. Thanks to the entire Walton team that worked on my project.

  Walt and his crew were great! Very dedicated to his customers satisfaction. I had a leak inside the house before the job was scheduled to start. Walt came out on a Sunday and fixed that area before a rain storm came in. Professional, friendly, and very good at their jobs. I feel comfortable, knowing I will have no problems with my roof once the rain and snow come. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs roof work or a new roof.

  Got a brand new roof, new power vent, and chimney flashing replaced from Walton. Karina was able to help me out and answered all of our questions. Really happy with our results and would definitely call them again for future projects. Highly recommend Walton if you are looking to replace your roof or gutters.
