  Everlast should change their name to NEVERLAST !!! They created a leak in my roof that did not exist before. After a few attempts to caulk and replace a drip edge they missed originally they have washed their hands of the problem and said there is nothing more they can do. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING EVERLAST and look for a reputable roofer to do the work that are proud to put their name on their vehicles. Don't believe their LIFETIME WARRANTY either. Good Luck to anyone using Everlast.

  UPDATE: We respectfully disagree with the statement that Everlast "washed our hands" of this project. We never gave up. On March 11, 2024, we requested permission by text to open the porch ceiling so we could trace the source of the leak from below. That request was declined at the time, so we continued troubleshooting from the exterior and made multiple return visits. After this review was posted, we again requested permission to open the porch ceiling. This time access was provided, allowing us to identify the source of the leak, complete the repair, and install an additional protective membrane over the existing flashing at no charge. We have always stood behind our work. In the end, we made things right.

  This is the second time we have used Everlast Exteriors. Mike Zarkin is a phenominal customer oriented contractor. We used Everlast for roof, siding and gutters about 7 years ago. They just completed a new roof yesterday from hail damage. Mike and his assistants were instrumental in working out our claim with insurance. I would highly recommend you give them a try.

  Everlast roofing has done a fantastic job repairing our roof after hail storm damage. They diligently worked with our insurance company to make sure our damage was covered and the pricing was fair. The job was done in one day and the quality was superb. They cleaned up so well, you couldn’t even tell they had just spent the entire day replacing our roof and skylights. We are very satisfied with the complete job and they get a five star plus rating from us!

  Mike was very professional and thorough. The roofing crew showed up on time and completed the job in less than 12 hours. Cleaned everything up perfectly The quality of their work was outstanding replace my roof, the skylight and my attic fan All work was done as advertised in a timely fashion Mike was also there when the insurance assessor came to my house to review storm and hail damage He was very helpful and an invaluable partner to the whole insurance claim process, which I was not very familiar with.   Mike and his team brought our retro looking house into the 21st century with new siding! We were very impressed with the high level of professionalism and workmanship. The work crew were highly skilled and detail oriented especially when working on the back of the house with vents, meters, and water spigot. Very friendly people too which no doubt is a reflection of the pride they all take in doing exceptional work and making their customers happy. We are very happy! We've had several neighbors complimenting the new look! Thank you!
