  Called this company for an estimate. I was sent an invitation for 9-9:45 am slot. Pedro shows up at 9:03 rings my ring doorbell, then proceeds to leave without attempting a call before or during the estimate. He then went on to say, he was unaware of what I needed done and was not able to give an estimate without me standing there watching him basically. I gave all the information on the project to their assisted who schedules appointment. Why would I need to reiterate this to you, when if they are communicating properly this is not necessary. Nothing stopped him from doing the estimate but being lazy. Won’t use them again

  I could not be happier with the job Happy Roofing did on my home after major hail damage. From the very beginning, I could tell they approached my roof replacement differently than a lot of roofing companies. Pedro started with a very thorough inspection, including going into the attic. He found ventilation issues that I would have never known about and took the time to explain what was wrong and what should be done to correct it. They added proper ventilation baffles, replaced the solid soffits with vented soffits, and improved the exhaust ventilation at the roof. Pedro also explained the different shingle choices for my roof. I chose the shingles that had a class 4 hail rating which is the highest. I will now receive a $300.00+ yearly discount on my home owner insurance because of this. Nice. What impressed me most was the amount of attention they gave to things you really can't see from the ground. They re-nailed the roof decking, installed new flashing and drip edge where needed, used upgraded pipe flashings that are designed to last the life of the roof, and took the extra time to do everything correctly instead of taking shortcuts. There are a lot of roofs being replaced around us after the hailstorm, and I have watched some of them go up incredibly fast. A house across the street that is about the same size was finished in roughly half a day. Happy Roofing spent about two days on ours. After seeing how much work went into our roof, I understand why. From the street the roofs may look similar, but there is a lot underneath the shingles that you don't see. They were also extremely careful with our property. We have landscaping, pavement, and exterior areas that we wanted protected, and their crew covered and protected everything while they worked. They even removed and reset siding where necessary so the flashing could be replaced correctly rather than working around it.   I had water starting to leak into our house around our chimney, and Happy Roofing did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the issue. From the start, I was really impressed by their use of technology. They sent over a 6-minute inspection video clearly showing the problem areas, followed by detailed, full reports once the work was complete. Pedro was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything being done in great detail, which gave me total confidence throughout the process. Above all, this is an honest company with integrity. They initially gave me multiple options to address the leak. When a preliminary patch didn’t completely solve the problem, they applied 100% of that initial cost toward a more involved, permanent solution—installing a chimney cricket. Top-notch communication, fair pricing, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Pedro and the Happy Roofing team!

  My house needed dormer siding replacement from wood rot. After getting many consultations, I went with Pedro because he was the most professional during the consult, and his price was fair. The day of the consultation, Pedro went on my roof and documented everything with photos and video. He did a several page write up that was detailed. No other roofer who came by to give a consult documented as diligently as he did. An appointment date was scheduled within 2 weeks of contract signing as promised. Communication about rescheduling dates in case of rain was good. The day of the work, 5 guys showed up to my house at 7:30 AM ready to work. They worked really hard all day. Midway through the work, they found more damage that needed to be repaired. They quickly documented the new damage, wrote up another contract. Consequently, they were able to complete that extra repair the same day. The process was as professional and smooth as I could have hoped for.

  I would highly recommend Happy Roofing to any homeowner that needs roofing or gutters. We used Happy Roofing to help repair our roof and gutters after a hail storm. They are extremely knowledgeable and helped explain the damage and also issues with the way the house was built. They use the highest quality materials and have experienced installers complete the work in a timely manner. They also do a great job of using pictures and video to document the issues and show the improvements. They go above and beyond to make sure they deliver a great customer experience.

  Pedro and the Happy Roofing team are top notch. We had a leak that was coming into the bedroom, and Pedro found the exact nail the leak was coming from. Something a few of the other roofers we called, didn’t even bother to try to do. We were contemplating spot treating that section of the roof, but decided to do the entire roof, knowing it needed to be done soon. From reviewing the detailed proposal, and various options, to finished job, everything was thorough and meticulous, and the team did a fantastic job building protective structures over the landscaping. Hardworking and respectful, highly recommend.
