  Walter Roofing was great to work with from the start. Joe came out after a storm and found damage and highly recommended we reached out to our insurance company. At the time we had stuff going on and didn't get to it right away. He was not pushy at all with us to try to make a sale. Months later we finally get around to filling our claim. Joe was very great with communication, he came the day the insurance inspector was here to make sure nothing was missed, and was able to help us understand all of the insurance paperwork. The scheduling and install of our new roof was within 2 weeks of us signing our contract. All of the guys who did the install were polite and professional. The roof turned out great and they cleaned up after themselves so well that you would not have known they were here.

  We had an insurance claim from a storm in April 2024. Joe stuck with it for almost a year before seeking and getting resolution and then in fact promptly finishing the job. Can’t even tell we had work done. Joe was tireless in his attempts …

  Joe was super nice, quick to respond and helpful! He came over right away to let us know about putting some siding back on our house that blew off. Would definitely call him again for future needs!

  I recently used Walter Roofing and Chris Jones to help me with a hail damaged roof. Chris’s service mindset was outstanding! He was available at all hours to me when I had a question or needed his support in working with my insurance company. The quality of the work was excellent and they left the site clean when the work was complete. 5 Star Service from Chris and teams as I was concerned!!!
