These guys replaced my roof and I think they did a hood job, but I have concerns about whether another problem that has arisen. I have not been able to get anyone to call me back.

Mowing your lawn at 7am is very disrespectful to your neighbors.

They would come out when other companies said the roof was too difficult, but gutters were damaged and the tiles on the edges look like they are pealing up. So I guess my roof is difficult?

Customer service was definitely subpar! Didn't call, text or email reply. Would only get a hold of them when they answered the phone. The roofing was fine, but when it came to siding and replacing our sliding door, they really dropped the ball. Their attention to detail was not there. We had to call them back to fix a few little things and they made it a HUGE deal!

Juan was very professional and great to work with. The crew was very hard working and did a fantastic job in very hot conditions. When they were done they meticulously cleaned up and left the yard as though they had never been there. I highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with our new roof. Juan Martinez was very helpful during the planning stage and the staff were professional and cleaned up after the roof was placed on our home.

Juan and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof and gutters. We have a larger roof, but they still completed the job in one day which was really important to me so the roof wouldn't be exposed. They were polite and professional, taking good care to protect bushes and the rest of the yard. Juan always responded very timely to all of my emails, usually the same day. We had many different estimates from various contractors, but Juan's pricing was definitely one of the most competitive. I would highly recommend Martinez construction.

We had a roof teardown and newly shingled a few years back. We were so happy with the procedure and outcome that we called them this August to have the house resided with new facia. Juan always replies to our emails with any updates or color choices making it easy to communicate. The workers were always smiling and industrious with a general cleanup every night at finish. The house looks fantastic! Thank you so much for another awesome job. Kat and GK.

It's exactly what every experience in life should be. Fast response, best price, highest quality work, performance better than promised, and cost equal to the bid. No BS. Just a crew of the hardest workers you will ever experience. There is a reason they have so many positive reviews.
