  Unprofessional

I'm sorry that you feel this way. We appreciate the feedback but I'm afraid I don't recognize your name as a customer that we recently worked with nor is your review specific enough for us to know how we can improve our customer service.

Roof they installed looked nice, but I asked for a statement showing total cost of materials and they told me “No, that would require a lot of work from us.” Quality of work was fine, but the unprofessional idk didn’t set well with me.

We are sorry that you feel that way. It is our policy to not break the invoices down like you requested and that has always been our policy even with insurances for more than 30 years now and never had an issue with it. We are pleased that you are happy with the roofing work though!

I requested a free quote for replacing my roof, and because I decided to go with another company to replace my roof for a few reasons, Century is calling their simple email to my insurance an “inspection” and is charging me $175. I never requested anything that wasn’t free. If something was going to cost money, Century should have told me up front. I highly recommend AGAINST this company for your roofing needs.

I though Century Roofing Inc. would do a good job, but this is a really, really, really awful roofing company. Yes, they cut corners and act like its "just how things are done." They are rude and very messy, leaving shingles, nails, paper, boards, and ladders strewn about the yard. This flies in the face of what their website says--that they clean up after every day. Give me a break. They were also a no-show for several days, after they said they would being the job. When they finally got around to it, they didn't do a good job. What a terrible, terrible company. If this roof leaks then I will find a lawyer.

Excellent overall experience. Great communication. Prompt service. The roofing crew were excellent, they got the whole house done in a day, seemed extremely efficient and were very friendly and considerate.

Century Roofing did a great job of replacing the shingles on our roof recently. They asked a reasonable price, and communication with the administration person is excellent. They have a large crew who were pleasant to deal with, and they got the whole job done in a day. Their clean up after the job was complete was very thorough too. I highly recommend them

We highly recommend Century roofing. We are 110% satisfied! From start to finish, they made all aspects easy and satisfying. They started by protecting windows, A/C unit, outside doors and garage doors even plantings around the house. Their crew is so expert and so fast. Very friendly folks, too. Old roof was gone and new roof on in about 7 hours. Their clean-up after was just amazing. Superb price and all exactly as quoted. If you need a new roof - talk to Century!

Thank you Christina, I am glad that everything worked out so well so that you only had to have your solar panels off the roof for a couple of days.

The experience working with Century Roofing Company was excellent from start to finish. Quick response to all questions. No pressure, just clear information and pricing. Showed up on time as scheduled. Extremely professional crew. Covered windows, doors, decking to protect from damage. Nary a stray nail or refuse left behind after the job was done. Cannot recommend them more highly. Worth every cent.

I asked around at work; Century Roofing was the place people had the most good things to say about. They just left my house having taken off the old and put on the new in a day-and-a-half and I'd say they lived up to the reputation. The …

I'm a former insurance agency owner in the area, I know and respect many roofing companies in the Iowa City area. Century is the one I chose to do work on my commercial property and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. I'll be calling again when my house is ready for new shingles! Thank you for such a clean and professional job!
