  I am disappointed by the lack of tidying up by Brayton & Haydon today after the gutter trench was finished! I picked up 2 tree roots & piece of white pvc pipe they cut off. I had to rake all the loose clumps of dirt in grass toward the sod. And what is this yellow thing above ground?? (I went back out & they left their TAPE MEASURE!!!) I’m glad it’s done!!

  Extremely Incompetent From The Phone Call to The Service Guy Showing Up and Planning an Estimate. Placed a call where I clearly explained that I have a Brick Home. MULTIPLE TIMES Service Estimater shows up and states to me, "I could've just fixed this If I had known it was a brick home." I'll e-mail you an estimate... #stillwaiting

  John, we apologize expectations were not properly set for how the foundation project would impact your landscaping and also for our plan with the concrete that we repoured the next day. We hand dug the anchor holes and used tarps as we said we would. It's the least invasive way to excavate, but it will still damage a garden like you had. To make it right we ordered the plant seed you requested, planted it and we discounted the job for the misunderstanding. We appreciate the feedback and opportunity you gave us to make it right.

  They forgot about my project twice and lied to me over the phone. Ended up putting up gutters myself. If you have a small project I’d go with someone else.

  Jon in Iowa City was completely unprofessional over a period of two months with repeated promises to come and do the job "at the end of the week" but nobody showed up. After waiting and calling several times over an eight week period, I finally realized that his promises were empty and his unreliability was the only trustworthy part of his service.

  OMG! We've always had a great experience with Tomlinson-Cannon, but more specifically, Eric Keeler is absolutely AWESOME! He is incredibly smart, kind, and courteous and goes out of his way to answer every question. Not to mention, his years of knowledge and experience were tangible. When our foundation settled a bit and caused some cracking, he was thorough about the repair project, meticulously cleaned up everything to perfection and gave some great advice on further waterproofing. Of all the contractors we've worked with, we'd comfortably say he's been the best. Thank you, Eric and Tomlinson-Cannon!

  Guillermo and Randy did a great job of leveling my concrete patio, and, patching a small area on my driveway. They were friendly and explained the process. They cleaned the worksheet when they were done.
