I haven’t even gotten this service but I get random texts once a month asking if I want service from this company under the name Claudine and no matter how many times I mark it as spam I still get it under different names from different numbers. This is an example of lazy automation that takes away from quality marketing

Needed a new roof, and brayden came out and gave me a great quote after a clear inspection. When they removed the old shingles, they called right away and explained that some of the roof decking plywood needed to be replaced too, which helped me understand the full scope of the roofing work. They still finished the large roof in just 2 days, kept the jobsite clean, and did a great cleanup afterward. the roof looks amazing, and the crew was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They also installed beautiful new gutters that match the home well and improve drainage during heavy rain. After the first rain, i had a small issue, and they came back out quickly and took care of it with no hassle. tracy was also an all-star, answered my phone calls and emails right away, and kept everything moving smoothly. i really appreciated the communication, fast service, and quality workmanship. highly recommended for roofing and gutter work.

i first contacted Wagner Brothers Roof Repair for a minor roof repair on a vent boot that had been installed the wrong way before we bought our home. tracy came out to inspect the issue and also looked over some related exterior areas that could affect the roofline and overall protection of the house. He was professional, polite, and easy to work with. We agreed on the scope of work, and they were very patient while i waited more than two months for HOA approval on our color selections. Once approval finally came through, brayden got the job scheduled and the crew arrived to clean, prep, and get everything ready. I was especially impressed with the careful attention to detail around the roofing edges, flashing, trim, and other exterior surfaces tied to the home’s weather protection. The team came back the next day to continue the work and stayed on schedule despite changing weather conditions in Orem. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and made sure the job was done right. The finished results look great, and the repaired area around the vent boot gives us much more confidence in the condition of our roof. We are very happy with the quality, the cleanup, and the overall service, and i would gladly use them again for future roofing and exterior projects.

i highly recommend this roofing company. tracy was great from the first roof inspection through the full roof replacement. communication was clear, timing was on point, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. instead of basic construction-grade shingles, tracy helped us choose upgraded 30-year shingles that were a much better fit for our home and the utah weather in orem. the roofing crew was hardworking, efficient, and friendly. they handled the tear-off and installation with care, paid attention to detail, and made sure the job site was cleaned up very well when everything was finished. tracy also helped us get excellent pricing on quality solar screens, which was a nice bonus. i would gladly use this roofer again for future roofing work and would recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent customer service from the first call through the final pickup. We ordered a custom downspout for a roofing project, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I spoke with Tracy to see if it could be finished sooner than expected, and they gladly helped make that happen. I got a call as soon as it was ready, just as promised. Wagner Brothers Roof Repair was professional, responsive, and great to work with. I highly recommend them for roofing materials, gutter work, and custom downspout needs.

I searched online for a roofer to inspect two leaks in my roof. I called and explained that I was very worried about the problem. Tracy called me back shortly after and asked if they could stop by since they were already near Orem. Because we thought the roof might have a serious issue, Tracy carefully checked the roofing system, found the source of both leaks, and repaired them right away. The work was professional, honest, and very reasonably priced. They explained everything clearly and made the whole roofing repair process easy and stress free. We were very impressed with the fast response, solid workmanship, and sincere service.

I had a roof leak and a few other roofing repairs that needed attention. I called Wagner Brothers Roof Repair, and Tracy came out to inspect everything and give me an estimate. Tracy was on time, very friendly, and professional. He clearly explained what my roof needed and pointed out the problem areas in simple terms, which made the whole process easy to understand. The quote was fair, and I was able to approve it digitally on my phone, which was very convenient. Later, Brayden and his helper came out to complete the roof repair work. They worked hard, stayed focused, and did an excellent job fixing the leak and taking care of the other roofing issues. Everything was handled smoothly, and the repairs looked solid and well done. It gave me peace of mind knowing my roof was properly taken care of, especially with the weather changes in Orem. I would definitely use them again for any future roofing needs.

The roofing crew did a fantastic job removing my old garage roof and putting on a new one here in Orem. Brayden managed everything from start to finish, making sure the process went smoothly and on schedule. The team showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and were very professional. They finished the whole job quickly and left my property spotless—there wasn’t a single nail or shingle left behind. Brayden also took care of a couple extra roof repairs for me at no extra cost. I will definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone in Orem who needs roof work done.
