Got a quote from them before any others. The quote was very high compared to what my neighbors have recently paid. So much that it wasn't worth negotiating. I've called around and am so far 2k under their quote. Why am I writing this? Because Israel, their claimed owner, called me twice early in the morning. Once while I was at work, and the other while I was sleeping in on the weekend. Ever heard of email? Ever heard of offering a fair quote to begin with rather than shady sales tactics followed by multiple sales follow ups? Ugh, not the company for me

Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet your expectations. Our team tries to follow up after providing an estimate in case homeowners have questions about the scope, materials, or options included in the quote, but we understand that timing and communication preferences matter. Your comments about the calls are noted and appreciated. Pricing can vary depending on the roofing system, materials, warranty coverage, and the specific details of the project, but we always aim to be transparent about what is included in our estimates. We wish you the best with your project and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

AI Roofings truck followed me so close today that he almost caused an accident while I was passing cars in the fast lane. Shouted expletives and flipping me off. Not someone I would want putting together my roof.

Micha, this is not one of our trucks. Would you mind reaching out to us directly at 801.900.9014? We’d like to make sure you’re taken care of.

Avoid working with this company! They're not fluent in English. Not even they can comprehend a word. Keep your distance from them.

Avice, we keep detailed records of our customers and unfortunately we're not seeing your name appear anywhere. You likely have us mistaken for another company. I hope google translated this correctly for me! ;)

A1 Roofing Utah completed work for me, but they have now vanished. My new roof, which was installed a year ago, is currently leaking. I've tried contacting A1 Roofing Utah by phone and email regarding their guarantee and any necessary remedial work, but I've received no response. Looks like a fraud, and the roofers I hired who are listed here were undoubtedly cowboys. AVOID USING!

I would recommend A1 to anyone looking for a roof replacement. I was nervous about having to replace my roof - that's a big repair and after having bad experiences with contractors before, I dreaded the thought of having to deal with a stressful replacement. What I got from Israel, Eduardo and the team at A1 was absolutely wonderful. Israel responds quickly, knows the industry and the craft very well and was very kind! And if I could have Eduardo be my point of contact for any and all work I ever needed to do again, I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. He was diligent, responsive, friendly and professional. The pricing was more than fair and they've been very flexible with the timing of my HELOC. I was able to trust them to get the work done without stress! And guys, my roof is AMAZING. The team had my roof replaced in one day and the new gutters fully installed in less than half a day. The cleanup was great. I left their advert sign in my yard for a looong time. These guys deserve it.

After getting generic advice and dealing with aggressive fear tactics from other roofers, finding A1 Roofing was a game-changer. They were completely honest, broke down all of my options in great detail, and truly helped me make the best decision for my home. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that operates with genuine integrity.

I'm a Realtor, and my clients needed a quick bid for a roof replacement. A1 was able to send an estimate within 24 hours, and this helped my buyers decide how they wanted to proceed. Thank you, A1! (Disclosure: I am a licensed Realtor, and my clients used A1, but I receive no financial compensation for this review.)

A roof like this isn't simple. You've got multiple sections, different pitches, and a lot of areas that all have to tie in correctly. If those details aren't handled right, it shows. The lines don't flow, transitions look off, and the whole roof ends up looking "pieced" together. When it's done right, everything connects the way it should. The lines carry through. The sections match up. Nothing looks out of place. That's what we focus on - making sure a roof like this comes together the right way from every angle. That's our standard at A1 Roofing.
