  Update: It’s been 4 months. I’ve not heard from you. We want to make it right if we did something wrong. I still am not able to figure out who you are, if there was a misunderstanding, or if someone from our team needs to be trained (or let go if they were actually engaged in illegal activity as you have accused). Are you sure you aren’t confusing us with another company called “Roof Kings” that is in the Ogden area? I noticed your other review is from a business in Clinton UT. Original: Sorry to hear about your poor experience. That is not okay and we want to make it right. I can’t figure out who you are based on your username and when I asked the billing team, they don’t know of a job where we lost two checks. Were your checks endorsed with your mortgage company also listed or were they checks you signed over to our company from your insurance? Also, it is illegal to charge for work that was not done. If someone tried to do that, please let me know so I can get to the bottom of it. It is not illegal to get the insurance to cover code upgrades that are required to be compliant with local and state building codes and many insurance adjusters leave these items off their initial estimate which requires us to supplement for them after we install the roof. If you will text or call us and let us know who you are and that you want to talk to the owner about your experience, I’d like to get to the bottom of this and find out if there was a misunderstanding or if someone on our team was doing things wrong so we can make it right.

  If you’re looking for a company that will trample your flowers, leave your gutters full of nails, and show complete disregard for your property—King Roofing is the one to call. AWFUL!

  Quite the miserable experience all things considered. First, their contract states clearly that payment is due upon completion. I had to argue with them over several calls because they wanted half before even getting me on the schedule. Once I finally won that battle, it took several weeks to get a hold of literally anyone to get on the schedule (don't leave a message - they will never get back to you). Then, once the work was finally complete, it took them more than 4 weeks to finally remove all the materials and debris from my property. It took several messages, texts, and finally a threat of leaving bad reviews to get anyone to respond to remove it. If I hadn't done that, I suspect those materials would be on my lawn to this very day. Then, when I thought everything was over, I climbed up on the roof to check something else. I found that they had charged me $700 to detach and reset the gutters. They didn't do that - the metal is clearly cut around the gutter fasteners. I've begun the runaround again to try and recover that money. Have sent texts and left messages with no response. Maybe this will help.

  King roofing and their employees are incapable of seeing NO Soliciting signs, knocking several times, and opening doors to leave their cards. If they are so incompetent as to follow a simple request, I can't imagine the quality of their work is any better.

Their ambition and not seeing your sign has no reflection of the quality of our workmanship.

  I hate door to door people we get them non stop Richard was literally the 18th roofer this summer and the third one Monday night. All I can say is I genuinely like the guy he knows his job and was a cool dude to hangout with I truly believe what he says and think it is going to go great sounds like and so far seems like a awesome company if the other reps are as funny and easy to like as Richard it is probably a blast to work there thanks for helping my mom Sheila Corbett

  Big thanks to everyone at King Roofing. Chandler, Andi, Maya, Mike and everyone at King, thank you. They were great to work with, and very polite. My roof looks great and most of all, my wife is happy. So thats a big win for me. Jokes aside, Thank you. Your business model you have is great to work with. From the small talk with your roofers to the finish of the job, everything was explained to me and exceeded my expectations.   We are elderly people and struggle with technology. Richard was amazing! He arranged representation with the insurance adjuster. He worked with staff to help us complete forms and was on phone calls with us and the insurance company. He was quick to answer questions and ready to help.

  Prior to working with King Roofing we had had several other companies submit estimates. King Roofing provided the right answers, help and suggestions. They followed through with all their promises and their team was very competent and professional. An excellent outcome with absolutely no issues and as promised. Just an exceptional experience which initially was something we were nervous about going through. Thank you King Roofing and your team!
