Antonio was very professional and hardworking throughout our roof replacement. He stayed in touch with us and followed up with the insurance company when things were moving slowly. He gave us all the roofing details we needed and kept the whole process clear and easy to understand. Antonio and his crew showed up on time as promised and handled the work with care. He also said the new gutters would come prepainted to match our home, and even though our color was custom, the finished gutters matched perfectly. The gutter installation looked even better than the old setup. Even with some insurance delays, Antonio made the roofing project smooth, stress-free, and much easier for us.

I got several estimates to replace the old roof on my home without using an insurance claim. Antonio was the most detailed and helpful when explaining the full roofing process, from tear-off of the existing shingles to installation of the new roof, including replacing a few aging skylights. The other roofers mostly just sent over a total price with very little detail. This company was not the lowest bid or the highest, but Antonio stood out because he made sure I understood every step of the project. He explained the materials, timing, cleanup, and what to expect before work started. That level of communication made a big difference and gave me confidence in moving forward. After I chose them for the roof replacement, Antonio stayed in touch through each phase before and during installation. He even shared helpful videos so I knew what the roofing crew would be doing. He was also on site daily until everything was finished, which showed real care and professionalism. The new roof and skylight work turned out great, and the whole job was handled smoothly. If you need a new roof, shingle replacement, skylight work, or roof repair, I would definitely recommend them.

i highly recommend Utah Best Roofing for any roofing work in Orem. antonio and the crew were amazing from start to finish. They replaced my roof and skylight in just one day, and the whole job felt smooth and low stress. antonio was great to work with, very professional, on time, and easy to reach. After a few unhelpful calls with other roofers, it was a relief to have someone come out quickly, inspect the roof, and provide an estimate the same day. He answered my questions fast and always followed up with a quick call when needed. mateo reached out before the install to confirm the arrival window, which helped me plan ahead. The crew showed up early, protected the landscaping with tarps, removed the old roofing fast, and got right to work. They worked hard, stayed organized, and kept the property clean during the full roof replacement. i really appreciated how careful they were about picking up nails and debris around the yard since i have a furry friend who is always outside. The new roof and skylight look great, and the workmanship gave me real peace of mind. It was clear the team knew how to handle residential roofing the right way, and the communication, cleanup, and overall service were excellent. i am very happy with the result, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof and skylight work in Orem.

I recently had my roof replaced along with three skylights, and the whole roofing project went very smoothly. During the job, they also explained that adding proper attic ventilation could help keep my home more comfortable during the hot Orem summer and even help lower my power bill. That extra roofing advice turned out to be a big benefit. They later finished the skylights with interior trim, which was an excellent final detail and really improved the look of the room. Mateo and his crew were polite, professional, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the process, answered my questions clearly, and made everything feel simple and well organized. I’m extremely happy with how the room and roof look now. From the first inspection and estimate to the final touch-up work, the entire experience was positive. The workmanship, attention to detail, and overall value were outstanding. I highly recommend them for roofing, skylight replacement, and attic venting work.

They cost a bit more than some standard roofing contractors, but the value was worth it to us. The roof comes with a 50-year warranty, and they installed a full roof underlayment beneath the shingles instead of only covering the first few feet. That extra roofing layer works like an ice and water shield and helps seal around punctures, which gave us more confidence in the system. We also needed to plan the roof replacement around the removal and reinstall of our solar panels, and the whole process was handled smoothly. The crew coordinated well with the solar team, kept the project moving, and finished everything in a professional and timely way. In Orem, it is important to have a roofing system that can handle heat, sun exposure, rain, and winter weather, so the added protection felt like a smart upgrade. I have not come across many roofers willing to stand behind both their workmanship and roofing materials for that long. If your budget allows for the added cost, I would absolutely recommend them for a reroofing project.

From start to finish, Utah Best Roofing was professional and easy to work with. Antonio took time to walk us through the roofing work, explain everything clearly, and answer our questions in simple terms. They treated our home with care and respect the whole way through. We had a long-time leak problem on an attached sunroom that many contractors had tried to repair over the years without success. After carefully checking the roofline, shingles, and the way the room was built, he quickly found the real cause of the leak. He explained that the issue came from the original construction details and said it could be fixed while handling the roof shingle work. The repair made a huge difference. Before, we could barely use the sunroom for anything other than storage because of the water problem. Now the space stays dry and comfortable, and we finally use it for relaxing and having people over. We are very happy with the results and the quality of the roofing work.

Honest crew and very good roofing work. As a seasonal homeowner, it can be hard to know who to trust when you need a small roof repair. I got two estimates, and one was much higher than the other. After speaking with Mateo, I felt confident I had found a reliable roofer who was straightforward and fair. The roof repair was finished ahead of schedule, the workmanship looked solid, and the cleanup was excellent when the job was done. They explained the repair clearly, used common-sense solutions, and made the whole process easy and stress free. If you need a trustworthy roofing contractor in Orem for a small repair or general roofing service, this is a great team to call.

i noticed roof damage early in the morning after a big storm in Orem. mateo answered my call while he and his crew were already on another roofing job. i asked if he could handle a same-day roof repair, and he was polite, professional, and honest about his schedule. Since more wet weather was in the forecast, he said he would do his best to fit in my repair after finishing the current project. mateo clearly explained that it depended on how the earlier job went, but he promised to keep me updated if anything changed. He did exactly that. After wrapping up the first job, he drove out of his way and came that same evening to complete the roof repair. He took care of the issue with real attention to detail and made sure the damaged area was sealed correctly. What stood out most was that he did more than just a quick patch. he checked other sections of the roofing system, looked over nearby shingles and flashing, and made sure everything seemed solid. He answered all my questions in a simple and respectful way, and he did not mind me watching the repair process. the whole experience felt reliable, efficient, and stress-free. If you need a dependable roofer in Orem for responsive service and quality roof work, this is a great choice.

After two hail storms, the team took great care of us in Orem. Giovanni responded fast, gave us clear information, helped us work through the insurance claim, and never put any pressure on us. The roof replacement and gutter work were done quickly with solid workmanship, and everything was handled in a professional way. Giovanni also took time to help our neighbor understand a difficult insurance situation, even though they were using another roofer. That really showed honesty and real care for homeowners. We had been worried about replacing our roof because of past problems with other roofing contractors, but this experience changed that completely. Giovanni and Mateo showed integrity, strong communication, and went above and beyond to protect our home and family.
