The critical reviews

The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

We hold no one or two-star review text for Master Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Where does the moisture from your kitchen, bathroom or dryer actually go? These exhaust systems are supposed to carry moist air outside. When they don’t, that moisture can damage drywall, soak the attic, rot roof decking, and contribute to mold and mildew. Here are four problems we commonly find: 1. The duct ends inside the attic. Moisture is dumped directly under the roof, where it can condense, damage the decking, and even drip back into the home. This often shows up during the holidays, when extra showers add more moisture. 2. The duct run is too long for the fan or appliance. Air slows down, moisture collects inside the duct, and the duct can fill with water and leak. 3. The rooftop exhaust hood is flashed incorrectly or is too small to protect the opening. Wind-driven rain, long storms, and melting snow can find their way into the roof assembly. 4. The duct gets smaller at the roof. Reducing a 6-inch duct to a 4-inch hood restricts airflow, so the system cannot remove moisture as designed. A roof vent is not working just because you can see a hood on the roof. The entire path—from the room to the exterior—has to be sized, connected, and weatherproofed correctly. At Master Roofing, we know how bathroom, dryer, and kitchen exhaust systems interact with the attic and roof. If you’re seeing condensation, water stains, mold, or mildew, or just need to connect up a new vent you installed, call us today for a free estimate and assessment of your project.33 mins agoCall now

Where this page comes from

Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 350 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.

Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
