I contacted these guys for roof repair quote after a storm front. Owner Cameron Schronk just burned a cross on my lawn and left. The cross was poorly constructed and fell over.

Wouldn’t hire again. Whole company took a trip to Washington DC on the day they were scheduled to fix my leaky skylight. No apology, just told to “get over it, snowflake”.

I contacted this company for a simple quote on replacing a couple of roof vents. Before even seeing my roof, they were already pushing for a full replacement, a red flag I should have taken more seriously. They came out and conducted a lengthy inspection, at the end of which they insisted my entire roof needed to be replaced. When I told them I needed time to think it over, the rep's response was shockingly unprofessional: he told me that since I wasn't ready to commit on the spot, I "wasn't going to be a good fit" for them, and walked out without providing the vent quote I had originally requested. Not only did they waste my time with a high-pressure sales pitch, they failed to deliver on the one thing they actually promised. If you're looking for honest, straightforward service, look elsewhere. This felt less like a contractor visit and more like a timeshare presentation.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Veteran Brothers Roofing and Restoration following the 2026 storms in the DFW area. After sustaining significant damage to my roof, fencing, window screens, and garage interior late that evening, I initially contacted another contractor who was unable to accommodate my urgent needs due to the holiday. Veteran Brothers, however, demonstrated exceptional responsiveness by arriving early the next morning to secure my roof and prevent further damage. Throughout the process, the team maintained clear, consistent communication. Not only did they do a great job, they made sure every piece of debris was removed from my yard. I was thoroughly impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. I would highly recommend their services without hesitation.

Veteran Brothers Roofing is amazing! I called because I was having issues and questions regarding my dryer vent on top of the roof. I was transferred to Daniel once I called and he was absolutely amazing. He came out to my home around 6:30 in the evening checked everything in the attic made sure all was connected properly. The connections were good and then he went up on the roof that’s where he discovered that my vent opening was not operational in the proper manner. He unstuck the lever at not cost and now all my issues are resolved! This roofing company has my business for life, thank you Daniel and highly recommended!!

This company went above and beyond compared to any other roofing companies we had look at our house. They basically fought for us with Allstate for about 13 months and went through various levels of rejection to get Allstate to finally agree to pay the claim, and all parts of the claim that were covered in the policy. They communicated very well, kept us in the loop for the entire 13 months, were always respectful, and very positive people to work with throughout the entire process.

Fighting an insurance claim through 13 months of rejections is no small thing, and we're genuinely proud we stuck it out alongside you until Allstate honored every part of your policy. We hope your roof serves you well for years to come, and don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need us again!
