This company is a scam, they are liars, very bad service, they made my contract with my insurance company, then took all the money and didn’t do what my insurance asked for and told them to do. When me and my insurance tried talking to them they refused to do the job. Even the little amount of work they did was horrible and very badly done. I don’t know what to do with this company anymore I feel very frustrated and mad because they refuse to fix anything. Be very careful with this company total SCAM.

When my wife and I work from home, we truly appreciate when door to door solicitors respect the "No Soliciting" sign right beside our video door bell. Please ask your field sales folks to respect these signs.

Very rude. I wouldn't hire the company. A man from Priority Roofing called and said he would be in our neighborhood and would like to inspect our roof. When I told him that we got a new roof last year, he just hung up mmid sentence. Don't hire them.
Reply from the business
Hi Jim, we do not cold call anybody from our office. Did you happen to get the name of the person you spoke to? I’m thinking there is a mix-up here. Thank you.

Had a guy from Priority Roofing come to my house, swear he didn’t see the No Soliciting sign until AFTER he knocked on the door, but rather than apologize and leave, started his questions and was very pushy for information.

I had Emmanuel inspect my roof after recent storms, and I was very impressed with how thorough and professional he was. Even though my roof had no hail damage, he took the time to complete a detailed inspection, provide a hail impact …

My experience with Priority Roofing was exceptional from the very beginning. We called the morning after a brutal hail storm and Chance came out, same day. The damage to our home was extensive, and he took the time to answer all of our questions. He explained how the process would go from start to completion and I knew when he left that we were in good hands. Chance handled everything ; from coordinating the removal of our solar panels, to the replacement of our roof in ONE day, as well as the replacement of our ac unit. He was on all correspondence with the insurance company and provided timely updates as they came, keeping an open line of communication throughout the process. I would recommend Priority Roofing to anyone looking for a professional reputable company. They were GREAT and we appreciate the efficiency of what could have been a hassle to have to go through. Thanks again, Chance and Priority Roofing! We 100% recommend!

Emmanuel with Priority Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. He knocked on my door for a free inspection, found storm damage I wasn’t aware of, and guided me through the entire insurance process. He made everything simple and stress-free. Our new Owens Corning Weathered Wood roof looks great, and he also coordinated with PV National to detach and reset our solar panels. Excellent communication, professionalism, and service throughout. I highly recommend Emmanuel and Priority Roofing!

Our insurance originally denied our claim from another roofing company for a total roof replacement and only approved a partial replacement from the storm in May of 2024. We noticed several of our neighbors getting their roofs replaced about 16 months after the storm and one of the neighbors told me the roof repairs needed to be completed within 2 years of the storm for the insurance to cover it. Marcus inspected our roof and suggested that we request an appraisal from the insurance company because the original insurance claim was going to only be a partial replacement and he felt that we should be able to get a full replacement. Marcus took care of the appraisal and we did get our roof completely replaced. We also got a large interest payment from our insurance because the roof was originally denied. That interest payment covered our deductible and we were able to upgrade our shingles to class 4. We also got a refund from our insurance company since we got a new roof and better shingles. Marcus came by our house several times after the work was completed to check the cleanup and see if we had any issues. We were very impressed with how hard Marcus worked to get our new roof covered by the insurance and Priority Roofing did a fantastic job. They sent us a link and we could watch the progress photos online. I think they uploaded over 250 photos of the re-roofing.

Tyler Milliner from Priority Roofing talked with me today in regard to the condition of my roof. I am glad that Tyler went on my roof to assess the condition that it is in. It turned out my roof is in bad shape and will need to be replaced soon. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He won me over as a customer when it is time to replace my roof in the near future. I highly recommend Tyler Milliner from Priority Roofing if you need to have your roof looked at.

I noticed the company signs in my neighborhood and liked their work and clean up. Contacted Angela and what a blessing to have found her! The best. Not pushy and was very knowledgeable. Roof and gutter system installed so quickly and looks amazing. After ignoring so many pesky roofers advertising at my door, I am so grateful I stumbled upon Angela! Such a great person and so helpful with everything. Thank you!

Great experience with Angela. Extremely knowledgeable about roofing, very honest, always there if you have questions or concerns. Would not hesitate to work with her.
