Love our new Vertex roof and gutters. Mason was great to work with. He explained the work and pricing in advance and kept us updated through completion of the project. He paid attention to all the details, and the results are great. We had a great experience and recommend Mason at Vertex Roofing

I had a great experience with Mason and his crew at Vertex Roofing. They did quality work at a fair price, and Mason’s communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I also appreciated that they offer cash and veteran discounts. After the installation, Mason even sent me drone photos of my new roof, which was a really cool touch! The crew did a great job, and I’m very happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend Mason and the team at Vertex Roofing to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and great customer service.

I can't give enough stars to Vertex Roofing. Wonderful professionalism, communication, and a fantastic looking roof. I didn't believe it but they got it done in one day!! Polite, hard workers, great cleanup, and kept me in the loop with my insurance claim from storm damage. I can't thank you enough Mason!

Mason and his crew traveled to the Traverse City area to do a tear off and reroof our log home….They were prompt, worked their tails off, protected surrounding landscaping, cleaned, and went above and beyond to bring the cabin back to its original look….They completed the entire job in a day and a half and in these days of contractors not returning calls or less than desirable work….Mason and his crew were the contrary. I highly recommend Vertex Roofing.

I can’t say enough good things about Vertex Roofing and Mason. I had a leak in my roof on a Friday, and Mason was out by Sunday to diagnose the issue. Another roofing company had already told me I needed a full roof replacement, but Mason …

Mason came out to do a roof inspection the day after I contacted him. He was very professional and responsive! Thankfully he was able to complete the repair the same day he came out. I will definitely be using him and his team and Vertex for all my roofing needs.

My son recently had a leak in his roof over a covered patio that was part of the house. He called another roofing contractor who never even walked on the roof and told him he needed a new roof at a cost of $36,000. Vertex came out a couple of days later, they walked on the roof, and told my son that this roof had another 10 to 15 years in it and that the leak was coming from a nail pop near the valley. They caulked the nail pop as a temporary fix and then will be coming back to repair that small section at a cost of $500. Whenever we need home repairs, we want to be able to trust that the person assessing the situation has our best interests in mind. Vertex is that company. Trust me when I say there is no need to look elsewhere.

We had a great experience with this company for a roof repair. They were honest from the start about what the issue was and didn’t try to upsell us on a full roof replacement when it wasn’t necessary. They provided multiple options, clearly explained each one, and were very transparent about costs and expectations. We really appreciated their honesty—it made it easy to trust their recommendations. Their response time was quick, from the initial inspection all the way through completing the work. The repair was done efficiently and professionally, and everything looks great. Overall, fair pricing, excellent communication, and trustworthy service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.
