I hope they don’t fix roofs as well as they park trucks.

Last month (June, 2026) Venture Roofing & Exteriors completed a major project on our home, including installing a new roof and painting the entire exterior. There are many contractors offering these services in and around Peachtree City, but if you’re looking for exceptional craftsmanship combined with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Jason Thompson and his team at Venture Roofing & Exteriors. From the very beginning, Jason made the process easy. He provided color samples and gave us a list of nearby homes where we could see the paint colors on a full house before making our final decision. That extra level of service gave us great confidence in our selections. Once the work began, we were consistently impressed by the professionalism and experience of every crew. The stucco repair and painting teams took pride in their work, and if there was ever a detail we questioned, they addressed it immediately and without hesitation. Their goal wasn’t simply to satisfy us—it was to make sure we were delighted with the final result. The roofing crew was equally impressive. Although the installation took a day and a half because of the size of our roof, they never rushed the job. They took the time necessary to do it right, with workmanship that gives us confidence the roof will last well beyond its expected lifespan. Perhaps what impressed us most was Jason’s personal involvement throughout the entire project. Every day he met with his crew leaders and then met with us to review the progress.. That level of attention to detail is, in my opinion, one of the reasons Venture has earned such an outstanding reputation and receives so many referrals. In fact, it was often Jason—not us—who noticed a small imperfection and instructed his team to correct it before we ever mentioned it. He simply wasn’t satisfied until everything met his own high standards. Those daily conversations meant a great deal to us because they gave us opportunities to ask questions, prov

We had a tree hit our house in may. Venture was one of three roofing companies that I called for initial quotes - so glad we went with them! Chandler Hill worked with us and our insurance company to get to a claim that worked for everyone. Our initial approved claim included about a half roof replacement with matching siding. After a few weeks of emails, with both the insurance adjusters and venture, Chandler scheduled a walkthrough of the damages with our insurance adjuster. After meeting with them in person we ended up with a new approved claim that included a whole new roof and all new siding around the entire house because of the level of detail Chandler and team were able to identify and evidence. Really happy with the level of communication, the initiative of the team, and construction team that venture brought out to do the siding prior to the roof - our house has never looked better!

Dear John Blanton, We're genuinely touched by your kind words and that glowing five-star review—it's feedback like yours that keeps our team motivated every day. What a tough situation with that tree hitting your home in May, but we're overjoyed we could step in and make things right. Chandler Hill and the crew truly shine when it comes to navigating insurance claims with such detail and persistence; turning a partial replacement into a full roof and siding upgrade must feel like a huge win for your family. Your praise for our communication and the construction team's proactive approach with the siding first means a lot—it's all about getting your home looking its absolute best, and we're thrilled yours has never been sharper. Thanks for trusting Venture Roofing & Exteriors of LaGrange; we'd love to be your go-to for any future needs. Venture response was very professional and quick. Selling a house and had some holes from rocks thrown into the vinyl siding and some bowed roof vent caps. They matched the color of the siding, replaced all damaged pieces, fixed the vent caps, and even blew the line straw off the roof. All of this accomplished within two weeks of placing a call to them. Good job guys.

Dear Ricky Loring, We're genuinely grateful for your kind five-star review and the shoutout on our quick turnaround—it's feedback like yours that keeps our team motivated. We know selling a house can be stressful, so it was our pleasure to match that siding color perfectly, swap out the damaged sections, straighten those vent caps, and even clear off the straw from your roof line. Getting it all done in just two weeks was a team effort, and we're glad we could help make your sale smoother. Your experience reminds us why we love what we do here at Venture Roofing & Exteriors of LaGrange. Still obsessing a little over the top notch service from Danny and crew with the install of our new roof. Everything was done with such quality and care. Experienced a couple issues - neither their fault - but they owned them anyway and went above and beyond to make everything right. Couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend Venture enough.
