  I've had Jack's do work for me before and was very pleased, this time I'm very disappointed. I called in December for a repair I needed done. I received 2 calls from them on Dec.30th, they said they would call back to set up appointment. They never did

  I’m so disappointed in Jack’s Siding and Windows. Mistakes happen and I don’t fault anyone for being human. That said, Jack’s sales rep made a mistake. Jack made a choice. Imagine an employee who’s job it is to sell you windows shows up with a window that you love so much you place an order for that specific window. A whole bunch of those windows even. Now imagine the windows arrive and look nothing like the window you fell in love with only to be told you will lose your $7k deposit if you don’t accept the windows because you technically got that you ordered…. That’s what happened to us. Jack never bothered to even call us or attempt to make it right.

  We showed you the 100 series window by Andersen. The contract signed by you specifies the 100 series windows by Andersen. We sold, furnished and installed the 100 series windows by Andersen. You can see the 100 series windows by Andersen at display at the Home Depot store in Peach Tree City and at Lansing Building Products in Newnan where we buy the 100 series windows by Andersen.

  Terrible, company came to my house and put in windows that do not match my other 30 windows. Who wants mismatch windows on their home. They refuse to fix the problem and while doing this terrible job the crew sat outside my house and smoked packs of cigarettes leaving the buds to be cleaned up.

  We were subcontracted by a roofing company to supply MI Windows on an insurance claim for your home. We fulfilled the contract according to the specifications provided by the roofing company. However, we value each and every hoemeowner we work with even when not directly contracted by them.   This company is very unprofessional, I contacted Jack's sidings for estimate. Jack asked me to send contact info and he would call me to setup appointment. They never called back.

  Contacted Jack for an estimate. He asked me to send pictures of siding that needs to be repaired as well as my contact information. I sent what he asked for and received no response. I reached out to him a second time and again received no response. This is unprofessional behavior. If you do not want to take on a job, just let the customer know instead of wasting their time.

  Absolutely fantastic experience with Jack’s Siding and Windows! From start to finish, the entire siding and window job was handled professionally and with great attention to detail.   I am very pleased that I selected Jacks siding and windows as my contractor for my home renovation. Jack was very straightforward with the pricing and when issues arose, was honest and upfront about it. There was absolutely no games and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding! I definitely upgraded my house and could not be happier. I did a complete renovation with roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. All the neighbors are jealous and stopping by with lots of compliments. Highly recommend Jack and his team!

  Jack’s just finished a job of replacing and painting a lot of siding and trim along with painting the entire deck at my parents home. My dad has very high standards and can be a tough customer. He has spoken so highly of them from beginning to end. My mother passed away soon after the job began and the crew was very kind And respectful working on the home as he went through the shock of that. They were easy to get an hold of when needed, All the workers kept the site clean, communicated thoroughly and were clear and on budget. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and its owners and crew. They have made what could have been quite a headache incredibly easy and their workmanship is exceptional.
