Jorge is great at helping with the insurance process. He knows the specifics related to permits and certificates. Very helpful. They do not properly prepare you for the day of work. They arrived an hour earlier than agreed at 6:00am and begin the shingle removal process which basically sounds like a bulldozer driving over your head. This was well before the noise ordinance in Roswell on a weekend day. The crew did not respect my property and planters broke and debris was everywhere. They did not properly clean my gutters with the debris so I had to hire a gutter cleaning company to do that afterwards. They ruined a screen in one of my windows. Jorge did fix that, but it took a few days to get my screen back repaired. Both of my neighbors hired him for their roofs and in both installation dates, my house and property was a work zone with more damaged property and debris everywhere. Here’s why I am leaving this detailed review. When I expressed my frustration to Jorge, he didn’t respond with any apologies or concerns. It was very rude. If I had to do it over again I would have paid more and gotten professionals. Very disappointing!

Mrs Ghazanfar, It’s was a pleasure to help you with all your roofing and restoration needs. Thanks for your feedback and recomend us. It’s a townhouse with extremely limited space to work in the middle of a block. We explained and immediately you arrived I said : “I’m sorry for the inconvenience. After that I stayed in complete silence and right away we put back everything in the original place, cleaned up, fixed everything and treated every single person with respect.

I had a great experience working with this roofing company during a very time-sensitive transaction. The owner being bilingual was a huge advantage, making communication seamless for everyone involved. They were quick to provide a quote and did an excellent job facilitating conversations between all parties, which really helped keep things on track. The work was completed efficiently and within the timeline we needed; so important when you’re under contract and stress is high. Their professionalism and reliability made the entire process much smoother. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing prompt and dependable roofing services.
