  Hi. This was our first time using roofers since we been in our home. Our representative came to us, but we were not sure what to expect. When we started the process, our insurance adjuster was talked to rudely by our representative for First Choice. We had to apologize to her and she still help us and just spoke with me instead of First Choice. The quality of the job that was done for us was great! We thanked the workers for a job well done. The customer service of our representative was not good. In the end, we just thank them for the work.

  After being denied twice by the insurance provider Jason and his team were able to provide enough detailed information to them a third time that we were able to get the complete roof replaced. Great group of professionals to work with.

  They came inspected my roof and were honest about it. He fix some things for free and was very pleasant. Great company to work with.

  Amazing company! Were able to get our new roof paid for by insurance after we had been jumping through hoops for months with no luck. They made it so simple and were some of the most professional and respectful of our time and HOA guidelines about noise and working hours.

  William Manzi and his crew were super helpful after Hurricane Helene. They did a great job getting my house cleaned up. He was super helpful through the process, and had me all fixed up in less than a week. Great service and price!
