I had someone come to my property…they were super nice, friendly but I never got my quote…after repeated emails/phone calls to them I received nothing. Not even a I’m sorry we are still working on it.

What started off seeming like a good company, ended up not being so good. No communication, lack of urgency, no attention to detail always a different person on the job which caused a-lot of problems. One guy would be there for three days …

They can’t be trusted. You better get every detail of every part of your project in writing. They refinish cabinetry by priming and painting on top of the current finish. No sanding and the painter asked to use whatever cleaner I had in …

NOT SO GOOD AFTER the FACT!. 18 months after the work I had a HVAC unit begin leaking. Had a faulty pump. Contacted Vaz to find out who the sub contractor was to see if the warantee would pay. No one got back to me, cost $700 to fix HVAC that had hardly been run since the apartment was vacant. Could not leave young couple with a newborn without AC on the 3rd floor. Follow up and make sure everythig is correct. I had a major fire in Oct of 2022 with almost 200K damage. Dave Abreu the estimator came right out and got me an accurate quote. I was able to meet with Dave and Ryan Smith, the sales manager, to get a plan in place. They handled everything, sub contracting carpenters, electricians, HVAC and plumbers. They took care of the city inspections. They even went a step further and helped me get insurance quotes from their network of professionals since Lloyds of London decided to drop me for making a claim. I highly recommend this company. This was huge job. Working full time I did not have a lot of time to spend on the rehab and they made it a lot less painful than it could have been!

A simple 6' x 10' kitchen remodel. What a nightmare. Took 3 weeks no sink , no stove, cabinets are awesome, but once they were put in.... we were no longer a priority. Salesman Shawn took advantage of my elderly mother, never following up with colors or fixtures. Did what made most profit for them. She has two sinks that can't even fit a small frying pan in them. They are deep barely wide enough for a dinner plate. Basically they are bar sinks to rinse glasses. Charged her 2k for a light switch and 4 outlets in the kitchen. They also Charged her 2k for plumbing. He was here 45 minutes. My mom being the good person she has paid them. I would have taken them to court. They gave her no options on sink, faucet flooring, nothing! Then didn't have the common courtesy to come by and ask if she was happy with the job. Just ttried to get her to accept terms through a shady email that said "accept terms to continue" once u accept your on the hook for payment. The salesman Shawn is a liar and the receptionist will tell u one thing while Shawn says another. My mom is old pays her bills and doesn't deserve to be treated differently because she's elderly. Elderly people watch out for Vaz Construction. They Charged her 20k for a 6' × 10" kitchen that has all second hand granite countertops and bar room sinks with a soap dispenser that doesn't put soap in the sink. Push it, it ends up on th granite. Use anybody else.

Told them the situation regarding lawsuit and waiting for a settlement. He was all for it. Needed an updated quote because a few months went by we got it. Then a little more time went by and we needed an updated quote of pricing and added things and got told I can't spend any more time on this. I'm commission only

Shoddy work; and failure to start or complete the job. Doesn't return to fix minor mistakes.Keeps asking for more money to finish the job. And the workers are strung-out. Still going through court with this clown

A really big shout out to VAZ CONSTRUCTION for the AMAZING JOB,everyone was very professional and clean, friendly, and did such a wonderful job. The demolition guys were great got everything out in one day with no mess they made sure to cover everything and cleaned up all of the mess afterwards, they got all the cabinets put back in the next day. Countertops went in the following week all together the whole kitchen was done in less than 3 weeks.I was so nervous with all the stories you hear about contractors who rip you off or do crappy jobs, but not Vaz they went above and beyond. Also Joe from Persison windows for the cabinets he was great to work with. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in the project 🙏 ❤️.

We had an excellent experience with Vaz Construction. Mike and his team were very professional and supportive throughout. We renovated a primary bath and a combination guest bath/laundry room. We always felt like Vaz was concerned with making sure the work was as minimally disruptive to our lives as possible. They communicated daily and stuck to their commitments on timing and cost. Their own crew and any subcontracted trades were all the very best at what they do. They always took the extra time to be sure they kept our house protected and clean. We would not hesitate to work with them again.

Vaz Construction charged me a fortune to put red cedar shingles on my roof and did not put on flashing. Now we have rotten trim and issues. PS After a bad review Vaz came back to put on drip edges recently. It is appreciated.
