  They showed up on time they did some repairs on the fascia and soffit but left some big gaps between the gutters and fascia. I called them back and asked what could be done and was told to go buy some caulk and fill it in. The gaps are over 3/4 of a inch and I believe that they should have caulked it so I wouldn't have to see it or deal with it for the price I paid I'm very disappointed

  Don't trust them. They'll give you a price to get the job and then that all changes. Make sure that what they quote you for work and price is really done; As far as the job here, I'm satisfied. The two crews that came out were hard workers, courteous , and did a great job. Based on my overall experience with this company I will not hire them again and can not recommend them.

  They low ball to get in the door and then tell you they made a math error. Won't trust them again.

  Sam Karam replaced a roof , gutters and gutter guards. The workers were excellent, respectful and careful with shrubs and property. They used quality shingles and work was directed and monitored by an experienced foreman. Excellent work by a company that is easy to work and communicate with.

  Highly professional, excellent service from start to finish! We had our roof reshingled with additional replacement of old skylights. Mr. Hebert walked us through the process and answered all questions to our satisfaction. He was patient while we picked out the shingle and skylight shade colors, and provided us with a well written and detailed estimate the same day of his initial visit! Emailed communication on every aspect of the job. The construction crew was outstanding, arriving on time and they worked very hard all day to complete our project by the end of the day. They left our house and yard meticulously clean. I highly recommend Sam Karam & Sons to anyone that needs work done on their home!

  I'm very pleased with the work Sam Karam & Sons did house installing my new gutters. They were done in a few hours and the crew was very nice. I recommend them for gutter replacement.

  I was very pleased. They were very courteous. They were also quick to respond. There work was good and they even redid a section on their own that they felt wasn't up to par. I recommend them.

  Hart Roofing and Construction has just completed installing my new roof here in Portsmouth, Rhode island. Have to say from start to finish this company has been top notch, from the office staff to the roofing and ground crew. Special thanks to Matt Hart, the job foreman and outreach person, who has steadily supervised from day one and has communicated daily to make sure the customer is both updated and pleased. Plus, they really clean up well! I highly recommend this company.

  Great company. Andre and this company have done work for our church and they stood by their work. We recently had a very small leak and they came out right away to do the repair that was still under warranty after 10 plus years. Thank Sam Karam for great customer service and backing your work.

  I recently had my deck completely torn down and rebuilt, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew was amazing—professional, efficient, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. They were able to bring every idea I had to life, including adding two staircases: one leading to the backyard and the other to the original walkway. They also built a custom gate at the walkway stairs, which now lets us open the backyard up for the dogs without worrying about them escaping—huge peace of mind. On top of that, they created a grill bump-out so we didn’t lose any deck space for furniture, which was a smart and thoughtful touch. The quality of the materials and workmanship was top-notch, and they had the entire job completed in just a week. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a solid, well-built deck and a crew that actually listens and delivers.

  Best contractor we have hired for the last 25+ years as home owners. Dave educated us: told us what was important, what was nice to have but not essential and more importantly why. He communicated with us when issues came up and helped us find solutions. Their work crew worked very hard, even working on a Saturday to get the job done in a timely manner. They will be our first choice when we need to hire someone again.
