  Had the roof replaced 2 years ago. Never had a leak before for 30 years. Now it leaks. They came out to check a few months ago and supposedly fixed it. Today, after some heavier steady rain, leaking in the same spot again.

  Switch and bait tactic, Bruce had sold me on a guaranteed 30 year roof until his son showed up and said it was not possible to do. This was told to me as he placed 15 immigrants on my roof and started removing the old roof. They still have not finished their job from a year ago. I have paid in full for services and equipment that hasn't been delivered or installed. They will not return calls and I am turning my complaint over to my state reps and the better business bureau. Avoid this business.

  For one month, the owner gave us his word that he would fix the roof. He gave us multiple dates for repair, but then his crew would never show up. He said he would tarp the roof in the meantime, but that never happened either. I am not sure what has happened to the work ethic in our country, but the lack of response caused not only an inconvenience, but also further damage to our property.

  Waste of time. The 2 stars are only because they do call you back. Long story short, after contacting the company 6 times and Butch coming to my home twice to see the issue, we finally got A proposal (6 weeks after they came to our home the 1st time!) saying they would fix the problems for a little over $600. Well after waiting 6 weeks, I figured I might as well get another quote... afraid it would take another 6 weeks for Lapage to actually make the repair. So I called the Chimney Pros on a Thursday; they came out the following Tuesday. The Chimney Pros got to my house at 11am on Tuesday and FIXED THE ISSUE ON THE SPOT! By 12:30 that afternoon, the issue was repaired for more than HALF THE PRICE! Only $300!

  Called several times to schedule an estimate for roof repair/replacement. I did not receive a call back or a message. I have been a contractor for many years and know this is definitely the wrong way to do business, never mind building a reputation.

  Top notch professionalism. I had three different crews come to my home to service my oddball house with its asphalt roof, rubber roof and a metal accent roof. Every crew was professional, courteous and most importantly clean. You would not know they were there. From the owners to the laborers they were all great.

  The crew from LePage Roofing led by Ben did a fantastic job installing my new roof. Everything around the house was well protected and covered (decks, stairs, railings). And they cleaned every part of the yard and landscaping before leaving. Professional and friendly. Highly recommended

  I requested four quotes from top roofing companies in my area, and LePage stood out. Their pricing was competitive, and I was immediately impressed by Butch, the owner, for his honesty and sincerity. His son, Mike, was equally impressive with his knowledge and experience. They replaced my entire roof and four original skylights that had been in place for 30 years. The crew completed the work in under two days, kept the site exceptionally neat, and left my property spotless. A while after the job was done, a raccoon tried to break into my attic and damaged some shingles. LePage came back, repaired the damage, and didn’t charge me a dime. Outstanding quality at a fair price—you simply can’t do better than LePage in my opinion. — Robert Marckini
