Carlos is extremely customer service oriented and is an expert with what this job entails. He is a great listener, and explains in detail. I had a little snag with my front roof and he was great in telling me if in three weeks time, with hopefully some rain,it has not improved they could come out again. 1/2 of the front roof no longer has the black streaks and hoping for rain today so it can help remove the rest of the black streaks. His team of men are hard workers and did a fantastic job removing moss, algae and mold in the back. It looks great now I would HIGHLY recommend Carlos and his team with RoofMax to use their services

The back roof was loaded with algae and some moss and the two men did a great job cleaning it. On the other hand I did not see any use of water in the front that was and is still loaded with black streaks from mold. My neighbor commented that she did not see any use of water either only an orange hose connected in their truck I know they sprayed the Roof Maxx Product on as it settled along the roof ridge vent at the top & along the first two rows of the asphalt shingles leaving a white powder until it rained then that was removed. I left text messages for Carlos 8/1 after the men had left and I did a walk around the house, but have not received a call back from him yet.

Carlos was very honest and professional in explaining the process on treating the roof. They arrived on time and were so thorough and professional the roof looks excellent. I’m also having the porch painted they scraped all the old chipped paint to prepare for the painting.
