Unfortunately for us, our experience was not good with Joe and his company. His crew damaged our newly installed trex railings called the damage cosmetic, he promise to replace them, decided to attempt a fix, fixed didnt work, 7 months later and after excuse after excuse we were left wondering if we would ever get our railings replaced as he promised. I was frustrated and contacted a certified Trex railing installer, they informed us, the railings could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. All Joe had to do was stand by his word/work, do the right thing and make it right but he did not. Lesson learned ... hire the right contractor and don't pay them in full until you're satisfied with their work or damage repair!

Don’t call anyone else if you want to work with someone you can trust to be honest regarding the job you need to have done. Joe is the best and we’ve had a lot of home improvement contractors. His response time in returning calls, coming out to the house and completing repairs is unmatched. I will not think twice about contacting Joe the next time we have any roofing/siding needs.
