  Dude in a suit comes out of the building barking orders, has no idea how to talk to people after they rented out half there lot to another company would not recommend dealing with them, they can’t even have basic human decency to talk to someone nice

  Alicia Im sorry that Sterling Construction ask for both decision makers to be present during the appointment. We're still available to come out and give you a estimate for your home issues. We've delt with in the past a potential customers in the past stating they need to talk things over with the spouse and we understand that. Our efforts are trying to help time and fuel consumption on our end, which i'm sure you can understand. We're just trying to be as much of a efficient company as possible.   Not a great place to go to. They don’t return phone calls even when they say they will get back to you. They will say a supposed schedule date & then no one shows up. You have to repeatedly call them & still get no information from anyone. Highly DO NOT recommend. I am editing based on owner's response: I have placed this review on behalf of someone I know who has had to deal with your services.

  Sterling Roof completed roof work on my parents home in Southfield. They are very pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism and their commitment to Customer Service. Their rates are fair and quite competitive. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up . I would highly recommend them to others.

  Sterling Construction quoted me a fair price for chimney flashing and roof repair work. The installer, Daniel, came a week later and did a great job with the repair under extreme heat conditions. Highly recommend Sterling Construction.

  Entire job was done in half a day! That includes shingle removal, roof repairs and resting on a house built in the 1950’s. They are fast, knowledgeable and reliable. Quality work at a reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone who has a need for a new roof.

  Devon was honestly a breath of fresh air. After another roofer told me my solar attic fan wasn't even working, Devon came in and handled everything with total professionalism. He kept me updated on his ETA and was super patient while explaining how the whole ventilation system actually works. The best part was that he didn't just take his word for it—he went up into the attic and grabbed a video of the fan running before I even had to ask, which completely settled my worries. He even followed up with a text explaining that the fan needs direct sunlight to kick in, which was a great tip. It’s clear he really loves what he does and genuinely cares about his clients. I’d definitely trust this company for any future roofing or renovation projects!

  Sterling construction offers exceptional service with reasonable pricing. I've been trying to find someone for the past two years that can replace my roof without almost doubling the national average cost. They gave me a quote that was not just reasonable but right in the range of what I wanted to spend. They did not push me to get it right away instead it is on my time. Also the pictures speak for themself. I would highly recommend sterling construction.
