  Absolutely the worst home improvement company I have ever experienced. Zero stars. I looked at the 4.9 rating and thought I'd be safe to go with them. I see all these good reviews and my experience was totally opposite. Their "salesman" David Waldron (sp) shows up in a cowboy hat and mirror sunglasses. We struck an arrangement where I handed him $600 for half payment on some flashing work. 10 ft of replacement work (two strips) on a three story house. After I signed paperwork and gave him my cash, he goes poking around the scraps I had there and suggested that they "reuse" it. I firmly said NO. Two weeks later a guy shows up with some flashing that was white (mine is almond) and he said he was instructed to use the scraps of siding I had to fill in spots, not new. I told him no, that's not going to work. David goes MIA, and I'm left to deal with his sales manager for the completion of the job. Bad or no callbacks or communication, promises made not kept. For a simple job, $1200, a month later and a lot of stress and string of lies, hassle and time. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you see David show up at your house, plan on getting screwed one way or another. Absolutely the worst possible experience with a home improvement company I have experienced. You have been warned.

  We got a roof from Kearns 18 years ago in 2006. We just got a new roof today with another company. My old roof was not vented properly at all from Kearns. Kearns said call GAF for the failing shingles. I paid $117 to send in the shingles to GAF. GAF is dragging their feet 3 weeks later. I still have not gotten an answer. The shingles had to go to the lab. Still have not gotten report. The shingles were supposed to be lifetime warranty. I called Kearns again yesterday to see if they could do anything for us. The receptionist said oh geez, I'm so sorry, and unfortunately no we can't help you. I asked if the owner could look at my roof. She said no. Also, I heard that Kearns is not family owned any more. I know other people that got work done by Kearns and they did a very sloppy job. Kearns only gave us a 5 year workmanship warranty. New company gave us 12 years! I would not do business with Kearns. The roof seemed fine at first but 18 years later, 65% of my wood was soft & mushy. The shingles were cracking and pitted too! At the time, we bought the best shingles with the best warranty. I would go with another company. I realize that shingles have improved over the years but the workmanship was very poor. I don't know how it passed inspection 18 years ago.

  Thanks to Dave and Matt who recently came out to give estimate roof damage from storm.. I did a lot research of materials cost and possible labor charge and they were spot on! They were very professional, no hard sell, knowledgeable! Thanks fellas for honesty!

  Investing in a new roof is a huge decision you can’t trust to just anyone. We’re so glad we went with Kearns Brothers. We give them a 20 on a scale from 0 to 10 (we know that’s not possible but we would give them a 20 if we could!). From the “no pressure” initial consultation/assessment to the installation of our new roof (and even after when they made sure we were fully satisfied), everything was simply exceptional: professionalism of every single person encountered, impeccable communication, quality products with a superb “peace of mind” warranty, seamless installation, fair pricing. We see for ourselves why Kearns Brothers is so highly rated and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  I had a blown of shingle on my garage. Don came out and took a look, said his office was a few minutes away and could swing by and fix it later in the day. He was phenomenal and kearns definitely has our business for future repairs.
