Vargas Family Roofing & Construction was prompt and professional from the first roof and gutter inspection through the full installation. The new gutters on our commercial building came out very clean, and the overall workmanship looked sharp and well finished. They also completed a full roof tear-off with new plywood, then installed a new roofing system, soffits, and gutters on an older home we bought. Even in the Florida heat, the crew worked hard, stayed professional, and kept the job moving smoothly. Brandon, the project manager, shared regular updates and photos during the work, which gave us a lot of confidence. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. When the project was finished, the property was spotless and the landscaping was left in great shape.

They did an excellent job on our metal roofing project. We brought them in after a previous roofer left us with only part of the roof completed, and they quickly figured out what was needed to fix the earlier work and finish the installation the right way. David made sure the estimate was accurate by having the metal roofing crew inspect everything at our home before starting. The whole process was handled very well, from permit updates to ordering materials and getting the roof completed faster than we expected. David was easy to reach and always helpful when we had questions. William and his crew worked very hard, putting in long days to make sure the metal roof was installed properly and on schedule. They showed up when promised, kept the project moving, and delivered a solid finished roof that looks great and is built to handle Florida heat and storms. Highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job on our new roof and gutters. William and the crew were very professional and kept everything clean around the property at the end of each work day. When the project was finished, the yard and driveway looked great, and you could tell they took pride in their roofing work. The crew worked efficiently and handled the full roof replacement in just a few days, including detailed flashing, cleanup, and gutter work. They explained the process clearly, used quality roofing materials, and made sure everything was ready to handle heavy rain, heat, and strong sun. The new roof looks excellent, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We are very happy with the results and would gladly use them again for other exterior home improvements.

It was a pleasure working with Vargas Family Roofing & Construction for a full roof replacement after storm damage. The quote was very fair, and they took time to listen to what I wanted, especially about improving the attic ventilation on my older ranch-style home in Daytona Beach. They explained the roofing process clearly, talked through material options, and made sure the ventilation plan would help the roof system perform better in the Florida heat. The job was completed in two phases. The main roof replacement was done very quickly, in just one day, and the cleanup was excellent because I did not find loose roofing nails around the property afterward. During the project, they removed my gutter guards, but they handled it professionally and came back to install new ones, which I appreciated. In the second phase, they adjusted the attic ventilation and worked closely with me to make sure everything was done the right way. Their communication, follow-up, and overall customer service were great, and I would definitely keep them in mind for future roofing work.

Vargas Family Roofing & Construction really came through for us during a roofing emergency. Another crew had removed part of our roof and left the job unfinished, which put our home at risk. We called on a Sunday, and in less than two hours David arrived to inspect the damage and provide a fair quote. He was professional, experienced, and easy to talk to, and he explained the roofing process in simple terms so we felt comfortable moving forward. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly. He answered all of our questions, addressed every concern, and made sure the job stayed on track. The crew was skilled, respectful, and worked efficiently, which was especially important with the hot weather and chance of rain. In just a short time, our full roof replacement was completed, and the new roof looks fantastic. We are very happy with the quality of the work and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing service.

Vargas Family Roofing & Construction did an outstanding job on our new roof. This was a big roofing project that included a full tear-off, replacing several sections of damaged roof decking and wood, repairing badly rotted wood on a flat roof area, and installing new flashing to stop a serious leak that had been showing up on the upstairs ceiling. David came out for the estimate and was very professional, honest, and easy to talk to. He clearly explained what the roof needed, what repairs were most important, and even pointed out a few things that did not need to be done. That gave us a lot of confidence and made the whole process feel straightforward and trustworthy. The crew, led by William, arrived early and got right to work. They were courteous, hard-working, and careful around the house, landscaping, and yard. We also appreciated how thoughtful they were about the noise and cleanup since roofing tear-off can be loud and messy. They worked efficiently through the heat, kept the job moving, and finished the roof and garage much faster than we expected without cutting corners. The cleanup was just as impressive as the installation. They made several passes around the yard with magnets and did a thorough sweep to pick up nails and debris, which gave us real peace of mind. The new roof looks excellent, the leak issue is gone, and the whole experience was smooth from estimate to final cleanup. We are extremely happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall care they put into the job, and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement.

5 stars still do not feel like enough. I called about roof shingles that were blown off during a strong storm, and David responded quickly. He suggested filing an insurance claim and then came back to meet with the adjuster in person. He helped us through the whole claim process, explained everything in simple terms, and made it much easier to get our full roof replacement approved. Once the roofing crew started, they were outstanding from start to finish. They removed the old roof, kept the property very clean, and installed the new roof in just one day. The team worked efficiently and carefully, and they made sure our home stayed protected during the project, even with Florida weather bringing passing rain. They also went the extra mile by painting the vent stacks and the rusty metal chimney so everything matched the new roof perfectly without us even asking. Great people, skilled roofers, and excellent service all around. We are extremely happy with the new roof and the entire experience.
