  We made an appointment to have someone come out to look at some needed work today August 30,2025. They told us they'd be here at 11AM. After waiting for 45 minutes we gave them a call to ask if they were coming or if they were delayed. The guy who answered just pushed us forward to someone's line and we got a voice mail and now when we dial back to try to talk to him the number is saying it's disconnected. What horrible first impression for a business. You could have at least told us you weren't coming and to reschedule and there instead of being so rude.

  We had some roofing repairs done before by another company, so we wanted a second look at the roof. Our flat roof has no direct access, and it has been hard to find a roofer with the right extension ladder for the job. Vargas Family Roof Repair responded quickly, and Brent was professional and easy to work with. We had already received an estimate from another roofer that seemed to be pushing extra roof work we likely did not need. We were expecting to hear that at least a few minor repairs might be needed, but after a careful roof inspection, Brent took photos and explained that the roof was in good shape. He recommended just keeping up with routine roof maintenance and calling again in a couple of years for another review.

  Vargas Family Roof Repair really helped me out of a bad roofing situation, and I have no complaints at all. After a poor roof installation from another contractor, I was left with defective shingles, weak workmanship, and roof decking problems that should have been handled the right way from the start. Some of the decking was cracked, broken, and installed over areas that were not brought up to code, which could have led to bigger leaks and damage later. Howard stepped in, explained everything clearly, and helped guide me through the roof warranty claim process for the defective shingles and the labor needed to redo the work. Because of his roofing knowledge and honest approach, the claim was handled properly and the materials and labor were covered. The damaged decking had to be fully replaced, and the new roof system was installed the right way with solid workmanship and attention to detail. What stood out most was the professionalism, honesty, and real care for doing quality roof repair and replacement work. They did not cut corners, and they made sure the roof was safe, secure, and built to last in Snellville weather.   We had a very good experience with our roofing project. Christopher was very friendly and helpful, and he took the time to explain the whole roof replacement process and help us choose the shingle style and color that looked best on our house. He told us the job would likely take about a day and a half, and the roofing crew showed up early and worked hard all day. We expected them to come back the next morning, but they finished the roof that same evening. The workmanship was great, the cleanup was thorough, and the dumpster was removed the next day.   We worked with Vargas Family Roof Repair for a full roof and gutter replacement, and we were very happy with the whole process. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. During the first roof inspection, Devin noticed about a one-inch gap near a vent pipe and installed a new pipe collar at no charge, which showed real care and attention before the job even began. At the start, we did not know much about roofing or shingle systems, but Devin took time to explain the different shingle options, common causes of water damage, roof ventilation concerns, and what would work best for our home in Snellville’s heat and heavy rain. That extra guidance made us feel much more informed and comfortable moving forward. The roof installation and gutter replacement were done very well. The crew foreman performed multiple inspections during the project, and another quality check was done on the roof to make sure everything was completed the right way. The workmanship, communication, and cleanup were all impressive. We would absolutely use them again because of their professionalism, fast response, courtesy, and the high quality of the roofing work throughout the entire project.

  I found this roofing company while searching online for a roof replacement, and I am very glad I did. Christopher came out for the free estimate and was great to work with. We had a few other roofing quotes, but Christopher stood out right away. He was knowledgeable, honest, easy to talk to, and made the whole roof replacement process feel simple and stress-free. We were also able to add new gutters and leaf guard and still stay within budget, which was a big plus. During the consultation, Christopher called Ryan, and even though it was later in the evening, he took the time to talk with us and answer our questions. It was easy to tell that they truly care about their roofing work, their customers, and the quality of every job. The full roofing and gutter installation went very smoothly from start to finish. The crew was organized, professional, and respectful of our property. Our new roof and gutters look fantastic, and the finished work really improved the look of our home. In the Georgia heat and heavy rain, it feels good knowing we have a strong, reliable roofing system in place. I also want to mention Devin in the office, who was a huge help throughout the process. The crew installed cedar fascia boards over the existing metal covering, reinforced the problem areas, and made everything look clean and secure.
