  Wow, really!! NO SHOW, NO SHOW, NO SHOW! Even after you were told we have had three previous scheduled appts. that were no shows, you promised that you do not do business that way. Now here we sit, after racing home to hold up our commitment, watching the sun go down, without as much as a courtesy call from anyone at this business. Ignoring text messages? Unacceptable!! Apparently, this “is” how you do business. WHY!?!?! It should not be this hard to get someone to show up! Seriously!

  I can’t say enough great things about this company! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, stress-free, and honestly way easier than I ever expected. The team did an incredible job, and I am beyond thrilled with my beautiful new roof.   We have been dealing with storm damage from 3 years ago and our insurance refusing coverage. Frustrating having to hire a public adjuster to get some type of solution. Chandler Crowe has been trying to help us since last year, he was very patient and understanding on our “waiting” situation. The time finally came to get the roof fixed this past week and we are super happy with the results. Our roof looks amazing, the crew working on our roof was very efficient and down to business from the time they arrived. They took care of clean up and did a great job doing so. Chandler kept in touch through the process from scheduling the install, dropping of supplies, and after work was done. 10/10 would definitely recommend using American Elite Roofing to any of my friends and family.
