  I'll tell you what Fraser roofing will do. They will change the design of your ventilation, without doing the math!! Install ridge vent that doesn't function correctly. These things aren't something immediately noticable, the condensation builds slowly over the years causing hidden damage in your ceiling and walls. It can suddenly become noticable in several places in a very short amount of time. Then, they will send out another incompetent estimator that will not correctly identify the problem, but will be happy to misidentify it and give you a price to redo the entire roof in a manner that will still cause this problem. Then when you contact them about it stand behind the, well state law protects us being negligent and incompetent. It does, but if you have integrity.... Had another roofer who correctly identified the incompetence install an attic fan to prevent my home from sustaining further damage caused by Fraser. Don't let these crooks give you a lower price that comes with a forever bill.

  STOP! Please read this if you are considering hiring Fraser Roofing. I’ve had a horrible experience with this company. They installed a new roof on my house on Dec. 11th, 2024. I didn’t feel confident that they did a good job due to weather conditions and situations that occurred. So I hired a home inspector and the new roof did NOT pass the inspection. I sent the reports to Fraser Roofing. An outline of some of the concerns/situations follow: -broke one of my skylights (they did replace, but with a different style). I have asked for the warranty paperwork on these. -asked to speak to the owners multiple times, but given excuse every time -noticed that my gutter covers were being bent up to install shingles, even though their contract stated they would be removed and then reinstalled by a professional gutter installer. I asked about this when I saw them doing it. I was told that they do these jobs all the time and know what they’re doing. Now many of the gutter covers are bent and do not lay flat. Also, screws are missing. -gutter was bent where trash was thrown into the refuse trailer parked at my garage door -many shingles do not adhere to roof or other shingles, some bulge or easily lift up, whole sheets of shingles easily lift up close to chimney. -chimney area has broken siding -I’m concerned about possible buckling/raised shingles at valleys and where the shingles meet the siding, and whether flashing or something else located there has been installed incorrectly. -appears that old flashing where boots were installed was reused. Edges do not lay flat and old nail holes are present. Shingles lift up off that flashing. I think I’ve listed the majority of concerns, but I could have missed some. This has definitely affected my health.The stress, anxiety and worry are constant! It has now been 6 months. I just don’t feel confident that the roof will be fixed the way it needs to be, because comments have been made that make me think that Fraser doesn’t really accept

  I have no idea why the rating is so high for this company. We hired Fraser Roofing with the expectation of a beautiful installed roof with no issues as per the ratings on Google but that was not the case. I was reassured by sales rep Scottie Eady, that they do not use third party vendors to install the roof but that was a lie. The third-party vendor and their crew showed up and practically ruined everything on the home. They dented all my new gutters that were installed this year, the roof pipe was broken, they ripped out the wire on one of my HVAC condensers, chipped the front siding, chipped my deck post, ripped two of the window screens, and put black tar / black caulking all over my white siding. Sales Rep Scottie never came by for a walk through as promised. In fact, he was not available as the phone call went to voice mail. When I reached out to the office, I was told he was on PTO. The manager returned my call after two days and everything was replaced or redone. A job that was supposed to take one day took several weeks because of all the damages they had to correct. Were happy that everything was closely restored to its original state but the amount of stress it has caused us was horrifying.

  Very disappointed. Had an appointment set up for 10am and no one had shown up by 10:30am. Contacted the person who was coming they said they would arrive in 1.5hr. (Which would be 12pm). By 1:10pm no one had shown up. I called and canceled because we had other plans. No one showed up twice no delay notification, nothing mentioned to us either time. Hope you don't have an urgent matter to correct if your depending on this company.

  Scott was very pleasant in person but he did not communicate to the roofers about the work that was needed. The roofers didn’t really speak English so there was a lot of confusion. The quote from Fraser Roofing was higher than others, but I thought maybe I would have a better quality experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I would not recommend using this roofing company. The roofers also left a mess of shingles and nails in my grass after they left.

  Greatest roof replacement I have ever seen. The entire staff was very professional and did a fantastic job. They torn off the entire roof and replaced it. They performed like a great machine. The sales manager Phillip showed much concern to ensure that everything and everyone performed to the highest standards. Jake and John managed the job with great professionalism. I could not be more happy with everyone. Will definitely recommend Fraser Roofing

  Called Fraser, Andrew was here in an hour. All it was ,clogged downspout. It cleaned it out. Didn't charge me anything. Very nice, and professional. Highly recommend this company

  I watched Fraser Roofing complete the work on another house in our neighborhood and was impressed watching them work - the quality, the efficiency and attention to detail. I hired them to replace my roof recently, and it was an excellent experience. Their price was very competitive, they showed up on time, kept me informed of the progress and cleaned the area so well you wouldn't have known they had been there. The job was completed in one day.
