We had this roof replaced 4 years ago and have had a problem every year. We have been waiting for three days for someone to contact us about shingles that have fallen off the roof. I regret doing business with them.

Set a 730 am appointment, no show or call. I drove in from South Carolina. Left the house at 330 am to make sure I made it on time.

We had the roof on our previous home replaced by one of the large companies that heavily advertises and were planning on giving that company our business. Fortunately, one of our neighbors recommended Hail or High Water Roofing. I am so glad that we decided to go with Steve! He was very detailed in explaining what would happen during the process and followed up multiple times to make sure we were satisfied in every way. I would not hesitate to use Hail or High Water in the future. In my opinion if you don't go with him, you are making a mistake.

Couldn't be happier! Professional and prompt. I highly recommend Steve and his team. Over the years he's replaced 2 roofs for myself and family, removed a huge old TV antenna on the roof of an older home we have and repaired a metal roof plus loose stones and a leaky chimney on another home we had. This company is 5 stars all the way!

Did three roofs for me in the last couple months. Top notch quality and they do an excellent job cleaning up after.

Deepam and Steve were excellent in communicating and managing the process. All we had to do was pick out the shingles and be available for them and their crew was quick, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend Hail and High Water for any roofing needs.

Great communication by Steve from start to finish. The team showed up in the early morning and got straight to work. I was skeptical that they would finish the same day, but they were finished with clean up and out by 7:00 pm. Our roof looks great and would recommend Hail or High Water to all.

I engaged Hail or High Water to repair three parts of my house damaged in the hurricane in late 2024. Manager Steve Sims coordinated three different teams, and each did a great job; in particular the new roof, and a patched and painted bedroom ceiling. On the service side, you can really tell about the quality of a company when there’s a glitch. Glitches happen; it’s the response that counts! Steve and his colleagues handled it just the way I wanted them to, and the best part was that there was no negotiation to make it happen, it was customer first, no questions. A pleasure to work with H &H from start to finish.

This company had done another roof in my neighborhood due to hail and I decided to drop by and check out this company. While I was there I met Steve, a young man much the age of my grandson. I just felt that this was the man who I wanted to do business with. I had him Look at my roof and I also had damage to my roof and the insurance company finally decided to give me some money although nothing like what it cost me. In the end I had a new roof put on and the crew that Steve sent were here at 6:30 and by 6:30 pm they had torn the old roof off and put the new one on in 12 hours. It was amazing to watch these guys working and to do my roof in 12 hours was incredible. If you need a new roof call Steve and he will give you the best price of all the roof companies.
