This was my second time hiring a roofing contractor for my home, and both experiences were excellent. The first roof lasted a long time, so when it was time for a replacement, I wanted a roofer who understood how to build a strong, long-lasting, weather-resistant roofing system. Mike provided a clear and detailed roofing estimate and explained what was needed for a solid roof replacement. He also checked the gutters, attic ventilation, and chimney, and went over the best materials, current code requirements, and updated roofing methods. The project included a new roof, new gutters, and added ventilation with a vented drip edge to help the attic breathe better in the Texas heat. Carson managed the whole roofing job and made sure every detail was handled. He kept my concerns in mind from start to finish, which gave me real peace of mind. Ricky and the roofing crew were professional, organized, and easy to work with. They kept me informed during the tear-off and installation process, paid close attention to detail, and took care to protect nearby areas like the air conditioner, generator, and landscaping. They inspected the roof decking and other underlying parts and replaced underlayment where needed so the new shingles would be installed on a strong base. Cleanup was thorough when the work was done, and the whole property was left in great shape. The finished roof looks great, and I feel confident it will protect my home for many years.

I’ve worked with Vargas Brothers Roofers LLC a couple of times, and the most recent job was a leak repair on a low-slope roof. They checked the roofing system carefully, explained the issue in simple terms, and recommended a solid repair option. They answered all my questions and helped me think through both a main plan and a backup plan, which made the whole process feel clear and well organized. I really felt they were trying to find the best value and the right roofing solution for the homeowner, not just push extra work. Another homeowner I know had a similar roof leak and was given the same honest recommendation, which gave me even more confidence. The repair has held up well through the Tomball heat and rain, and everything has been doing great for the past few months.

We contacted Vargas Brothers Roofers LLC for an on-site inspection and estimate to replace our old gutters, leaders, and related roof drainage parts. Mike came out, looked over the house carefully, and listened to my concerns about the heating cables and how the downspouts connect into the dry well system. He checked everything during the visit, explained the best way to handle the gutter and roof water flow, and gave us a clear written quote for the work. The pricing felt fair, and the whole process was simple and professional from the start. Our project was scheduled quickly, and within a short time a three-man crew arrived and completed the job efficiently. Kaleb and the crew set up their truck and work area in a way that kept our driveway open, which we really appreciated. We were home the entire time, and communication was easy whenever we had a question about the gutter installation, drainage setup, or cleanup. The crew worked fast, stayed organized, and kept the area neat throughout the job. They paid attention to detail, and the finished gutters and downspouts look great and function properly. With the heavy rain and strong heat that can happen in TX, it gives us peace of mind knowing the roof drainage system is in good shape. We are very pleased with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing and gutter work.

Vargas Brothers Roofers LLC tore off the old metal roof and wood lath, repaired the roof decking, reinstalled metal roofing on the porch, and shingled the main roof with real care. Mike came back afterward and double checked the screws on the metal panels to make sure everything was sealed up right. After dealing with past roof leaks, it was a huge relief to finally find a roofing crew that truly knew how to handle the job. The workers showed up early and stayed focused all day, working hard from morning until evening and getting almost the whole roofing project finished in one day. Their work ethic really stood out. They explained what needed attention, fixed problem areas, and made sure the roof system was in much better shape than before. After a heavy Tomball rainstorm, they continued to stand behind their workmanship and helped address concerns so the roof performed the way it should. The porch metal and shingle areas were checked carefully, and the team made sure the flashing, screw placement, and leak-prone spots were handled properly. Communication was helpful, and it felt good knowing the roof was backed by people who cared about doing the job right. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing roofing or roof repair work.

I highly recommend Vargas Brothers Roofers Llc for roofing work after a hail and wind storm. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk with. He did a great job speaking with the insurance adjuster and also explaining everything clearly to us as homeowners. We are getting a new roof, new decking, gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts on the house, plus new roofs on the two barns in the backyard. From the start, Mike explained the roofing process, the materials, the timeline, and what to expect during each step. He was thorough, honest, and showed real integrity. He answered all our questions and concerns right away and made the whole project simple and stress free for my husband and me. It was clear he knows roof systems well and cares about quality workmanship. It is not easy to find someone this reliable for storm damage roofing and exterior work.

If I could give this roofing team 10 stars, I would. When it was time for a full roof replacement, we asked several neighbors who had recent roofing work done about their experience. We contacted a few roofers, but only a couple got back to us quickly. Mike came out to our home the same day, looked over the roof, explained the process clearly, and answered all our questions. We chose this team because the pricing was fair, the quote was detailed, and the recommendation from a neighbor gave us extra confidence. They began prep the very next day, and I was honestly impressed that the entire roofing job was completed in just one day. The crew worked hard from start to finish, from tearing off the old shingles to protecting the property with tarps and keeping the work area organized. The project manager returned the next day to inspect the finished roof, check the cleanup, and handle the final permit-related items. They also replaced a few weak roof boards they found during the job, which helped prevent future problems and showed they care about doing the work the right way instead of taking shortcuts. After the job was done, we got our first good rainstorm, and the difference was easy to notice. The new roof felt solid, secure, and much quieter than before. It gave us real peace of mind knowing everything was installed properly. Since then, several neighbors have commented on how great the roof looks, and we have been very happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall service. I highly recommend this roofing crew.
