  We had a solicitor from this company, Noel, arrive and ring our doorbell despite an obvious no solicitation sign visible in our garden bed. When we answered the door we informed him of the sign and he continued to solicit services until we interrupted him to leave. Edit: Apparently feeding families justifies breaking the law, I have reported this business to the attorney general and the local police department. The unacceptable childish responses from the owner was the main reason for this. I would not have if they were civil. Grow up before you run a business. Edit 2: The owner mentioned they never received negative review for integrity. Nothing says integrity like breaking consumer laws and using God as your curtain. Grow up and take responsibility for a mistake.

  Walked right past a "No Soliciting" sign to put a card on my front door that also has a 2nd "No Solicitng" sign on it. If they cant respect a simple sign (2 actually), what makes you think they will respect your roof (that you won't be able to see unless you inspect it yourself)?

  The decision to hire the home team was based on thorough research into their reviews and the subcontractors they employed, all of which appeared to be reputable. However, from the outset, I had reservations about my experience with this company. During the quoting process and contract signing, the subcontractor failed to disclose a $2,000 cancellation fee, which not only felt unethical but also created a sense of unease throughout the entire process. Despite my initial concerns, I chose to proceed, hoping that it was merely a tactic to secure my commitment, as I was already impressed by the company's reputation. Unfortunately, my optimism was misplaced. There were numerous inconveniences, including two subcontractors who assured me they would address the interior water damage, despite knowing that insurance would not cover such repairs related to roofing. This felt like a misleading sales tactic. Additionally, when the interior contractor was assigned, they provided instructions that bypassed essential repair procedures, leaving me dissatisfied and regretting my decision to continue with their services. While the office staff exhibited professionalism and provided excellent customer service, my overall experience with the home team was disappointing. I hope this was an isolated incident for the company, but I felt it necessary to share my experience. Ps: months later I was offered $$$ to dispose of this review. Do with that what you will.

We in fact are not soliciting, we are beautifying your neighborhood 1 home at a time by assisting you with your homeowners insurance to get your roof replaced by them because a major storm has impacted your neighborhood and we want to be on the front lines and here to assist in the cleanup anyway possible. I’m sorry you feel that this warrants a 1 star for us feeding our families, however this review has zero to do with our capabilities and the first class unmatched level of both expertise and craftsmanship we offer on every single home we touch!   someone stopped by the house and tried to convince me to fix the roof. I accepted, It has been more than one year that they did not do the job and charge me full price for the service that is not complete yet. I have been calling them but they rejected my calls and messages. Never trust this people.

  This is 100% False. This is 100% a Bot. Our office number that is monitored 24/7 is 832-422-3039. Furthermore our direct email to the owner , office manager, and executive assistant is hometeamroofing@gmail.com. If you were a real person why have you left so many messages but won’t put your name on here? You are a terrible person for slandering our business that feeds over 300 families weekly. Also we are 100% debt free company and pay cash for every single thing we purchase. There is not even a way for our system to take payment from you unless a build is initiated. I don’t understand your motive here but we ALWAYS do what’s right, just read all of our reviews.

  Frauds, said they could get my roof approvedfor hail damage. I said he could get on my roof, and he said he didn't need to. Storm chasers plain and simple .... Do NOT trust them!

  The Home Team Roofing replaced my roof for my rental property and my own house after the hail storm hit parts of Pearland on 5/1/26. Aden Salazar, was the project manager, and was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the roofing business and explained to me everything that would take place during the process of replacing the roofs on both houses. He also helped me with the insurance process, which was very helpful. The roofers covered all of my flower beds and areas that I wanted protected during the roofing process and cleaned up everything before leaving. I was really impressed with all of the teams professionalism. The roof looks great on both houses. The roofers scuffed up a couple of small places on the gutters (from using the ladders) and Aden came back and repainted those areas, (what a trooper). Thank you Aden!!!!!! I would highly recommend this roofing company.

  Wow! Samuel Kneitz and his roofing crew exceeded all expectations. Samuel was there for us from the initial call with the insurer, through the three inspections to finally get the insurer to replace the roof, to getting the new roof installed in one day. Textbook project management on his part. I’m a client for life & am recommending Samuel and The Home Team Roofing to anyone who listens

  Christopher Russell was amazing to work with from beginning to end. He did a great job explaining the process and was 100% accurate for every step to expect including how my insurance would respond and how we would work together to get the roof back in shape. The job was done the same day and the team was careful not to block the neighbors. I highly recommend Home Team Roofing.

  I don't think I could say enough positive things about my experience with this company. I worked directly with Rodney and he was extremely friendly, very honest with his assessment, and helped me find a way to get what I needed given we had some significant obstacles in the way of what I originally wanted. They were very thorough and professional, and it felt like they were only interested in solving my problems, not charging me as much as they can. When it comes time to get my entire roof done, I'm definitely using them again.
