  Called this company to give a estimate guy name Christian Hernandez came out.This guy tried to talk me out of filing a claim never got on the roof . I'm kinda glad he didn't he is Lil HEAVY he mitta did more damage. As a roofing company when called out just do your job and give the customer a FREE ESTIMATE. THIS MUST BE WORKING FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANIES DON'T USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

  Christian and his team were very nice and responsive, however, I was very disappointed with the services rendered. I paid them to tarp over some areas on my roof that were missing shingles after a storm. My insurance inspector came out to see the damage quickly after and said JC&C failed to cover all of the missing sections, causing water leaks into our attic. When the inspector asked Christian why all of the areas missing shingles were not properly covered, he didn’t have an answer. I was very weary of the company after that and decided to use a different roofing company to reroof our whole house but was very sad because we liked Christian and his team.

However, we are very sorry to hear about your experience with the tarp installation. It's disappointing to learn that our efforts did not meet your expectations or adequately meet your insurance inspector protocol. A tarp is a temporary covering and is not a repair to the damages. When we tarp your roof on May 28th, after the Derecho Storm, and provided you with a roof replacement quote. Our team only covered (1) area tarp 10x20 and billed you $375.00. After the storm, we did not hear back from you again until July, when Hurricane Beryl came through, and you reported new damages to the roof. On July 10, we went out again, tarped new damaged areas, and resecured the tarp on your roof at NO additional charge as a complimentary service. When your adjuster came out to inspect the damages after Beryl, the adjuster complained about all those areas on the roof being tarped and not tarped. Still, it’s standard procedure not to tarp some areas with minor missing/torn-out shingles so the adjuster can inspect and assess the damages. Between the time we were on the roof in May 22 and July 10 you never reported or addressed any water leak in the attic to us; as a matter of fact, we followed up to see where you were in the process with your insurance after the meeting with the adjuster. Before assisting you with tarping your roof, we submitted a roof replacement quote on May 22 and sent it because your roof had extensive damages and needed to be replaced. We take your concerns seriously and would like to investigate this matter further to understand what went wrong and ensure this doesn’t happen again. Our customer satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to improvement. If you’re open to it, please reach out directly so we can discuss this further and see how we can make things right. We wish you the best with your new roofing project

  On the day of my appointment, they shared that they wouldn’t estimate my job because I would not share my insurance claim information with them. My insurance claim is irrelevant to the scope of work requested. Would not recommend.

Asking or requesting for the insurance approve work scope is part of our process to assist our customers.   As mentioned on a prior video this roofing company has a reputation of not clearly communicating there requirements to accepting a job at the initial point of contact. That is to say when speaking to clients on the phone requesting roofing bids. Most companies have options to take a job or not. However it is also their duty to take time before making an appointment for a bid to collect information from callers so that clients are not ignored once a visit to a residence has been completed. Be careful that you are not one these victims/clients who are never contacted despite promises made to the contrary.

  Mr. Diaz, Our apologies for the inconvenience. The goals of an appointments scheduled is to properly assess the properties, and roof issues. Our appointments are screened, and we use satellite imagery for our appointments settings, however the images for your property were not clear with the roof lines, and division. Based on our experience a lot of imagery do not give a clear pictures of properties like yours to determine all aspect of the quote, we do not like to assume, but to properly assess the issues so your appointment was kept, and our roof specialist went to your property as requested. Upon our visit, and inspection we assessed that your 3 story property was a continuous shared roof with not divisions line between the other properties, and we shared we cannot provide roof replacement work only for your roof section. We asked if your neighbors were interested in replacing theirs sections, so that we can provide a complete quote, but was not clear what they wanted, and no information was shared.   Made an appointment for him to come inspect a roof for me after an inspector said I had hail damage on a house I was under contract for. Asked him to check it out and give me a quote. He made an appointment, sent me a verification email and then never responded to my texts or calls and did not show up.

  I had a great experience with the JC&C team. Like many homeowners, I got several quotes after discovering a roof leak that needed immediate attention. The first company I met with told me I needed a full roof replacement and quoted me around $20,000. When I met with the team at JC&C, I explained that I had just purchased my first home and wasn't prepared for such a major expense right after my down payment. I even shared what the other company had quoted me (which, in hindsight, probably wasn't the best idea!). Instead of taking advantage of the situation, they gave me an honest assessment and recommended only the repairs that were actually needed. Their quote came in at just a few thousand dollars, and that level of honesty and integrity spoke volumes.   Christian was very professional and courteous. He walked you through the process of roof repair, the options for materials, the roof survey with a drone and inspection of the attic. They even cleaned the driveway for you. Great people, good communication him and his associates on the phone. He was recommended by my neighbor, and I now understand why. Thank you, JC&C :-)

  Great company - they were very responsive and professional. Did some repair work and a “tune up” just in time for the heavy rains. Their price was very fair as well. They were recommended by a friend who were happy with them as well.

  Highly professional, my ceiling suddenly caved in due to roof leak. they came out during torrential rains and installed temporary tarps immediately without asking for a pricing or any other conditions. This act of kindness won my heart and I decided to work with them. From start to finish they completed the project as per building codes, using preselected materials and highly trained team of workers. They documented each phase of their work with 2000 + photo album of the project. I thank the friend who referred them and so I to the public at large. They are one of best in Houston area.

  Christian was very helpful with taking care of the roof that was damaged by a tree. Once notified of the damage, he promptly arranged for the covering of the damaged roof with tarp while we negotiated the next steps. The replacement of a new roof was done in a timely manner. Excellent service and cleanup.

  My experience over the past 10 years with JC&C Roofing has been a pleasure. When we first met 2014 it was for storm repairs, while other firms were telling me I "had to" replace my roof JC&C gave it a thorough look and saidf I could go another few years and be fine. So 2 years later I hired them for a full roof replacement. They were and continue to fair, flexible, exceptional craftsmen, and deliver fantastic customer service. Whenever I have had a real hail storm, they have come out to verify the integrity of the roof after the "storm damage chasers" come through the community to drum up business and tell me I need a replacement. This most recent interaction was for a home sale roof repairs called out during inspection. The work was done promptly, (the price was significantly less than the realtors contractor), the work performed was excellent, plus the documentation of the repairs was so thorough it satisfied the realtor immediately. I highly recommend JC&C Roofing Company for all your roofing and roofing related needs.
