Roof 1 Construction

The only one or two-star review we hold for Roof 1 Construction.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do NOT call and leave a message for someone to call you back to schedule an appointment for a quote. They TEXT back potential clients that plan to spend THOUSANDS with them instead of calling them back. This company is unprofessional...specifically Scott! I called after receiving the text message and was greeted with an abrupt Hello. I asked if this is Roof 1 and the gentleman said "yes if this is a potential client". Why was the rudeness and unprofessionalism warranted? It was solely because I called from a California phone number!! That's no excuse! Not everyone changes their phone number when they move. If you like to deal with unprofessional companies this will suit you perfectly! Customer service isn't as hard as repairing a roof, but it is important in the initial conversation with a potential client.

I am very sorry you feel like we did something wrong that would warrant a 1 star review. You called 2 times back to back from a California #. I thought it was a solicitor calling and that's why I did not answer the phone with a happy voice. If you would have actually done business with Roof 1 you would have seen and realized we are kind, caring and great company. Thank you and hope you are doing well these days. Tristan Taylor and the team at Roof 1 Construction did an absolutely amazing job on my new roof. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience, and most importantly, there were no hassles from start to finish. Tristan is highly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the different roofing options available, helping me choose the one that would be most beneficial for my home. He was professional, informative, and always willing to answer my questions. His team was prompt, punctual, and professional throughout the project. Upon completion, the job site was left spotless—there were no materials left behind, not even a single nail. I highly recommend Tristan Taylor and Roof 1 Construction for all of your roofing needs. Their quality workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

Scott Westra, Preside t of Roof 1 Construction came to our house within a short notice period and quickly fixed some areas that needed maintenance on our roof. Very economical and trustworthy. He was referred to me from a friend who also had a great experience. Highly recommend if you need a new roof or maintenance !!!

Scott was so processional and helpful. I called him out in a week of rain to help find a leak in the attic. He was so kind to come out and make repairs quickly for our home. He communicated well with calls and photos - I appreciated the care he took to help us. I will definitely be using him again for my roofing needs.
