Quality of work was good but we were charged over $12,000 for a single pitch roof on a 950 sq ft house that was insured!!! Over 6 months after the job was complete they started asking for more money and when I began asking questions they threatened to place a lien on my property and refused to answer any more questions. Luckily they were outside the time frame allowed under law so a lien was a moot point. I did research on my own and we did owe more which I paid. I would have appreciated the business/financial end being taken care of in a more efficient and professional manner. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend doing business with them.

The quality of the work was fine, but the transparency and pricing wasn't. Before you file a claim with your insurance, get a non- insurance replacement quote from a different company so you have something to work off of. Especially if you live in a high end home. I could've saved thousands (which I verified). I was charged more because it was an insurance job and now have the history of the claim. Based on my 2% deductible, if I had been told this I wouldn't have filed the claim. These guys were unclear about the process/education of filing a claim or paying outside of my insurance. Good work, and roof was replaced quickly. However, questionable integrity all for a few extra bucks. My trust in this company was lost.

Neighbor utilized their services, not me. No NA Rating had to give 1 star to get off of post.

A++++++++ Awesome experience from start to finish. My vent jacks and dryer vent cap were made of plastic and got completely chewed through by squirrels exposing my attic to the elements. Brody surveyed the damage and made a solid plan in under 12 hours. He had a roofing team member out to fix and reseal shortly thereafter and I’m very happy that when the rain came my roof was water tight again! Thank you and I will recommend y’all over and over again!

Mike Gibbons with Rooftop Innovations was so wonderful helping me get my new roof. He helped me with things I did not know or understand with the insurance company and treated me as I think he would treat his own Mother. What a fine young man! I wholeheartedly recommend him and Rooftop Innovations to anyone that is considering getting a new room. He had a huge crew of nice and respectful workers that were able to complete my roof in just one day!

Brody and his team came out and completed a pretty major roof repair on the fourth floor. Work was completed quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. The crew handled all clean up and you’d never know they were there. While he was quoting me for the roof (which was accurate and very detailed), I had him complete a turf installation on my deck. As with the roof itself, the work was performed quickly, to an impeccable level, and at remarkably reasonable price. The team here is communicative, professional, and most importantly, honest. These two tasks were done the old school way, with a handshake. I’ll be recommending the team to friends, family, and coworkers. What a refreshing home repair transaction from start to finish.

Discovered Rooftop by chance. My wife and I observed water damage from a previous install over our deck. That same day, I saw Rooftop Innovation parked across the street talking to my neighbor. As all good noisy neighbors do, ! invited myself over to see if the rep could check out our deck. Brody was friendly and knowledgeable. He understood our budget and devised a fix that would address our immediate issues. The laborers who worked the job knew how to fix the issue and completed the repair in a timely manner. Service rep conducted a QC check with us that same week. Phenomenal service. Would use them again. Quote was to the point and transparent on what we were paying for.

How Roof Color Can Impact Your Home When it’s time for a new roof, many homeowners choose a shingle color based on appearance—but your selection can also affect your home’s comfort and efficiency. Lighter-colored shingles reflect more sunlight, which can help reduce heat absorption during the hot Texas summers. Darker shingles absorb more heat, which may be beneficial in colder climates but can contribute to higher attic temperatures if your ventilation isn’t adequate. Beyond energy performance, your roof color can influence your home’s curb appeal and even its resale value. Choosing a color that complements your brick, siding, or stone exterior can make a dramatic difference in your home’s overall appearance. No matter which color you choose, proper installation and ventilation are what truly determine how well your roof performs over time. At Roof Top Innovations, we’re happy to help you compare shingle colors and explain the benefits of each option so you can choose a roof that’s both beautiful and built to last. A new roof is a big investment—make sure it’s one you’ll love for years to come!Jul 15, 2026
