  Buyer beware, they are very scammy. Transferred me to another company that had no idea who Vargas was. They also blocked my number after I called them back because my job wasn't big enough. Call other roofers that will treat you with respect. You will get an idea of how you will be treated just how they handle answering the phone. I actually had a small job this time, but need a large roof done soon. I won't be calling this company!

  We woke up to water dripping from the bedroom ceiling in the middle of a strong storm and needed a roofer fast. After seeing a lot of positive feedback, we made the call, and they came out the very same day to inspect the roof leak and provide an estimate. The pricing was very fair, and with more heavy Texas rain expected soon, they returned the next day to complete the roof repairs right away. Once the work started, they found the roofing damage was more extensive than it first looked, but they still honored the original quote and handled everything professionally. After the next round of hard rain moved through, the repair held perfectly and not a single drop came inside. The crew was responsive, honest, and efficient, and they made a stressful roofing issue much easier to deal with. If you need roof repair, leak repair, or storm damage work in Spring, I would highly recommend them.

  Justin came by after a bad hail storm and checked the roof at my home. From the start, Vargas & Sons Roof Repair showed real care for customer service, clear communication, and solid workmanship. He scheduled the roofing work on time, handled the repairs in an organized way, and also helped inspect my other house that had hail damage. He did a great job working through the insurance inspection and payment steps, which made the whole roofing process much easier and less stressful. After the job was finished, he quickly took care of the cost when a nail caused my car tire to go flat. When I pointed out water coming in around a roof vent, he returned right away, checked the issue, and brought in experienced roofing pros to make sure everything was sealed and working correctly. Justin was patient, on time, responsive, and very knowledgeable about hail damage, roof leaks, and repair work. With the strong sun and storm weather we deal with in TX, it was good to have someone who understood what a roof needs to stay in good shape. I am very happy with the service and the overall job done.

  I love my new roof. The team was prompt, professional, affordable, and delivered solid roofing workmanship from start to finish. Justin and Marc came highly recommended after we found a roof leak, and Justin responded quickly to make a temporary repair so water would stop getting into our home. We already knew a full roof replacement was needed, and I’m very glad we chose this crew for the job. They also found a few related items that needed attention, including fascia and gutter repairs, and handled everything without making the process stressful. The crew kept the work area organized, explained each step clearly, and made sure the roofing system was installed the right way for long-term protection in the Spring heat and storms. Justin was easy to work with, Braxton and the crew did an excellent job, and the finished roof looks great. I would highly recommend this roofing company and will gladly use them again for future roofing and exterior work.

  Vargas & Sons Roof Repair installed a beautiful galvalume exposed fastener metal roof over our old shingles, replaced all of our worn aluminum soffit and fascia with vinyl, and added brand new gutters on our home in Spring. My husband and I were close to giving up on our goal of getting a metal roof and thought we would have to stay with shingles, but after speaking with Marc, everything changed. We had talked with several other roofing contractors, and while some were polite and professional, none matched the honesty, care, and clear communication we received. Marc took time to speak with me more than once, answered every question, and met with us at our home to go over the roofing system, materials, ventilation, soffit, fascia, and gutter work before anything started. That gave us a lot of confidence and made the whole process feel easy. The roofing crew worked hard, stayed friendly, and paid close attention to every part of the job. They went above and beyond to make sure the roof installation looked great and that everything was done the right way. During the project, they were happy to explain details, address concerns, and keep us updated on progress. In the Spring heat, they still kept a strong work pace and remained professional from start to finish. The finished roof looks amazing, the trim work is clean, and the new gutters really completed the exterior of the house. We are very happy with the workmanship, the service, and the overall experience. I would highly recommend them for metal roofing, roof replacement, soffit and fascia work, and gutter installation.

  I needed help with a small roofing job on a 10'x12' shed, and most roofers would not take on something that size. Vargas & Sons Roof Repair was willing to help right away, and two crew members came out the same day and completed the work quickly. Braxton and Justin were polite, professional, and clearly knew roofing work well. They got started right away, handled the shingle repair with care, and made sure everything was finished properly. It was great to find a roofing company that treats a small job with the same attention as a larger project. I really appreciate the excellent service and would gladly recommend them to friends and use them again in the future. 5+ stars

  I needed experienced roofing and roof framing pros to raise the shed dormer roof so the full ceiling could be insulated the right way, more like a modern home. The main goal was to make the upstairs bedrooms feel as comfortable as the downstairs with the central A/C and heat, and to stop relying on expensive space heaters and window units. This was a roofing, insulation, and structural framing project on an older home, so it took real skill from both carpenters and roofing experts. Working with Marc was a very good experience. He was easy to talk with, listened closely, and quickly understood the custom roofing work I wanted done. Marc and his crew fixed the roof issues, handled the framing changes, improved the insulation, and kept the original character of the older brick home while making it look even better. They did a great job solving the dormer framing challenges and raising the roof in a way that looked clean and natural with the rest of the house. The new insulated roof looks excellent, and the difference inside was noticeable right away. The upstairs rooms feel more comfortable, and the home is much more energy efficient during the hot weather and changing seasons in Texas. The new shingles also look great and really improve the curb appeal. I’m very happy with the whole project and glad I found a roofing team that could reframe, insulate, and reshingle the roof while improving comfort, efficiency, and the overall appearance of my home.
