  Vargas & Sons Roof Repair replaced our gutters after our roof was completed through an insurance hail claim, and the whole process was handled very well. Bryan called us directly about the gutter work and set up a time to meet. He was very helpful, explained how the gutters would be fabricated on site, and walked us through the full installation process in simple terms. We also reviewed the different material options and talked about what would hold up best over the long term in hot weather and heavy rain. We chose galvalume instead of aluminum because of its strength and durability. Bryan also showed us the anchors they use and explained that they are spaced 2 feet on center, which adds solid support and keeps the gutter system firm. We asked about a few upgrades, including 6-inch gutters and downspouts on some roof slopes, leaf screens in certain areas, and a fold-up downspout. He did a great job pricing each option clearly, which made it easy to decide what worked best for our roof and budget. The gutter and downspout color he recommended ended up matching the house trim perfectly. The installation quality was excellent, the gutters look great, and the whole roofing and drainage setup feels strong and well planned. I work in construction and pay close attention to workmanship on my home, so I really appreciated the level of detail, communication, and clean finished result. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing roof and gutter work.

  Pedro was my roofing sales rep, and he stayed on top of the whole roofing job from start to finish. Even when a few issues came up that were not his fault, he handled everything in a professional and helpful way. Recently, I noticed a small roof leak around the water heater vent flashing. Pedro set up a time and personally came out to inspect it. He arrived on time, found the small crack, and repaired it quickly. He also walked the roof, checked the shingles, flashing, and other problem spots with his trained eye, and took care of a few additional roofing issues before they could get worse. In Houston, that kind of attention matters with the heat, heavy rain, and storms. Working with Pedro has been a great experience, and I really appreciate the quality service and roof repair support.

  Vargas & Sons Roof Repair did an excellent job on my new roof and rooftop deck. After a long stretch of heavy rain and storms in Houston, my older flat roof started leaking badly. Eduardo came out fast, inspected everything carefully, and explained a solid roofing plan that fit my needs. The estimate was clear, detailed, and easy to understand, and all my questions about the roof system, materials, and process were answered. It was obvious from the start that he takes real pride in his roofing work and knows the trade well. Communication by text and email was always quick and helpful. They got me on the schedule fast, and Bryan and the crew removed the old roof and installed a much better flat roofing system at a fair price. The workmanship was high quality, and the whole team was professional, skilled, and happy to walk me through each step. I also had an existing deck on the flat roof that needed to be taken apart so the new roof could be installed, plus I wanted a second deck built on another section. I was concerned about protecting the new roof membrane, since rooftop decks need to be installed the right way to avoid damage or leaks. Jay and the crew handled it the right way, removed and reinstalled the old deck, and built a beautiful new deck as well.   pedro and other roofing crew members came out to my house and quickly put in some temporary fixes to stop rain and water from leaking into three parts of my roof. i was worried about rain possibly damaging some recent ceiling repairs, and i also had leaks that made it hard to fix and paint a couple of walls. the team checked out all the roof problems, took clear photos, and put together a repair plan that we decided to go with. once the roof repairs were finished, pedro sent over more photos so we could see their work. i asked about some wavy flashing, wanted to know about the adhesives used, and had questions about a few lifted shingles. pedro and the crew came back out to handle everything i brought up, provided more repair photos, and made sure i was completely happy with the results. the team was professional, thorough, and really cared about making sure my roof was fixed right, even with the hot texas sun.
