  If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Moss Roofing Houston has been nothing short of a nightmare. Moss Roofing Houston replaced our entire roof about two years ago. In July, we reported a roof leak to them. Shockingly, they initially tried to deflect responsibility and even blamed us --- an unacceptable and unprofessional response. However, their own three water tests then confirmed the roof was leaking! In August, they replaced some shingles and the flashing, but the roof continued to leak — and their flashing replacement actually made the problem worse. During another water test in September, when water was sprayed solely on the roof and the leak was clearly visible, their staff shockingly and forcefully left without addressing the issue. With a hurricane forecasted in September and Moss Roofing’s inaction, we had no choice but to hire an independent contractor. The contractor confirmed that the roof was still leaking in multiple points, and identified additional flashing issues. The flashing is "L" shaped, with the "|" portion aligned with the vertical wall, but Moss Roofing’s installers failed to seal the joints properly, allowing water to seep through. Despite sharing these findings with Moss Roofing, they once again deflected responsibility. Now, months later, the problem remains unresolved. After endless back-and-forth, we are left dealing with ongoing stress, frustration, and significant damage to our home. Their repeated requests for “more inspections” are nothing but stalling tactics, despite overwhelming evidence of their poor workmanship and negligence. Avoid Moss Roofing Houston at all costs. If you want to avoid breathing in mold caused by a roof leak, wasting months of your time dealing with this company, and suffering damage to both your house and your family's well-being, look elsewhere. Their lack of accountability and professionalism, and the poor workmanship is appalling. Spare yourself the frustration and find a roofing

  They seemed disinterested. Jim said he would go for inspection on Friday if he had time. Saturday and Sunday he was booked so if not Friday then Monday. Late Monday he calls and pushes for Tuesday and when I express displeasure he promises to pass by anyway. That he does but he sends me 3 drone pictures. I guess there was no need for a close up inspection (maybe loose shingles or underlayment issues or whatever else). But he promises to talk it over and I invite him to call any time that day or the next. Nothing! No call, no follow up, no estimation, no numbers. I can’t speak for their quality of work because they didn’t work on my roof but if that’s how they start….!?
