  INCENTIVIZED REVIEWS: LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW AND YOU GET AN AMAZON GIFT CARD. They came out to repair a leak and at 6:30 am, they called me to ask if I wanted the antenna taken down. We'll I had 2 antennas and I thought they were asking me about some piece left behind on the old antenna, so I said yes you can as part of it was already taken down. So I come home later and my satellite Dish is gone..no TV service. I call Rose Roofing and ask why they took it down and they said because you said so. So was a miscommunication BUT they said it was my fault that they did nothing wrong. So I have to call DISH to come out and install another one and I have to PAY for it and wait a couple days before they can come. I'm upset because it was a miscommunication and they would not own up to 50% of it. I don't need them to pay for a new antenna, I just wanted them to acknowledge it was partially their fault. I really don't want to invite a company with no integrity back to do any roofing work on my home. AND you get an AMAZON gift card if you give them a good review.

  The material use to install on our roof are not the material quoted. The workers do as they like and are not consistence with the workmanship. Supervisor is not around and one need to be around and takes pictures of the work done. They have to come back to redo the works on the few area of the roof. I would not recommended this roofing company.

  Scam artist i paid over $1000 to fix a single leak, they came back twice not only they did not fix it. It is actually worst now then it was before the fix!

  Jonathan has done recent inspections and made recommendations on several roofs for me and it’s easy to get an appointment and they send reminder texts and emails and he and his office are great at communicating. He doesn’t try to upsell you and provides honest recommendations in a very timely manner. I appreciate their responsiveness and services and will use Rose Roofing again in the future!

  Our attic was getting too hot so Jonathan recommended a solar vent. He flew his drone to select the perfect location and his two man crew installed the new vent the following day. The new vent is definitely reducing the heat.

  Didn't try to sell me a roof. Offered maintenance service but decided to purchase a new roof because old one was 18 yrs old, price was right, and to get the insurance discount on class 4 shingles. Crew was fast and efficient, and was done in about 8 hours. Highly recommend.
