  I've received several quotes from Roofing companies and Amstill is by far the worst experience!! Sales/rep wasted my time!! Would not give me an estimate until they give you an hour long spill of their company, which I can look that info up myself. Sales person was very persistent, and not professional, kept wanting to talk about personal topics.

  We’ve had two massive leaks since our full roof installation and they have yet to make it right. These were due to poor installation and a lack of flashing and sealant. During the first rain after installation, water poured in through our son’s bedroom vent. It’s caused a great deal of damage that we were told is not covered under the warranty.

  1 year later the roof and things are still not finished paid almost 17,000 up front and monthly bill for remainder nothing has been finished in the year since work was started

  Very disappointing experience. We booked what we understood to be an in-person roof inspection and were specifically told someone needs to be there to “open the door” to access to attic. We coordinated with the seller, took time off work to show up in person. We also received both email and text confirmations prior to the appointment. After waiting well past the appointment time, nobody showed up, we called multiple times to figure out what was going on. Over an hour later, Candace, the same person who booked the appointment, told us that “no technician will show up because you are not booked for roof inspection” …??? If no inspection was booked, why were we told to be there in person and why we received those appointment confirmations? The whole thing was extremely disorganized and unprofessional, especially during a time-sensitive home buying process. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time. Ironically, we received a roof estimate/quote few hours later …. ????

  Update as of 12/3/25 (photo Included) It’s currently raining and leaking again. As you know, we’ve had this issue before. The leak coming from around the fireplace. The crew addressed what they thought was causing it, but I’ve been dealing with this ever since the roof was replaced. I’m done with the finger-pointing and people saying one thing or another. I took matters into my own hands and cut into the interior ceiling to find the source. I have confirmed that the roof is leaking from the decking where a patch was made on install day. Update as of 9/6/24: good news! Problem has been addressed, crew came out today, Friday to pull flashing from chimney to inspect, to prove to me that the work was done correctly, which it was!!! The crew also pushed the ridge vent back away from fireplace, again to easy my mind. I hope with these results we have success, but only time will tell! Update as of 9/5/24: read before hiring!!! Complaint; Roof started leaking during hurricane Beryl, was given the run around until now. They have clearly said that all the work was done 100% and that the leak was caused by something else! Wow, nothing shocking there. When asked to get proof regarding one of the items in the contract, they were unable to provide proof( flashing scored into brick fireplace) This detail was important because of the location of the leak. What Amstill did provide; Excuses Conflicting information Unsatisfactory customer service A roof the leaks Only cost me 27,000 dollars, I receive better customer service from a 200 dollar install from Bestbuy. Proof I had my new insurance company come by inspect the roof, they were the ones who told me that that detail was not done. Well I guess you win some and lose some but I am getting tired of losing. What I want My roof not to leak!! I guess I am asking for to much. That’s all folks My current homeowner insurance company was requiring me to replace my roof.   I'd like to highlight the amazing service and expertise we have received from Richard Martinez at Amstill. Richard has always been kind, responsive, and very thorough on his inspections and repairs for our roof. I appreciate the attention to detail he always shows as well as the thorough reports he provides upon inspection and repair of the roof. Richard and Amstill have become our GO TO company for all things Roof! I highly recommend you utilize them!

  Would recommend Amstill to anyone in our neighborhood. Answering service was timely in returning my call. Offered next day free consultation but worked with my schedule. Very professional and kept me informed as far as a text and email reminder of my appointment. The inspector was on time and was very personable and answered all of my questions.

  Curt Schaefer was God Sent. I really appreciated his honesty and ability to explain everything my roof has going on after another company’s mistake. He didn’t try to do any unnecessary upselling. He pointed out all the mistakes and came up with a solution. I met this man one time and would TRUST him with my life. Highly recommended

  Amstill is a great company! When we had our roof installed 6 years ago they were very efficient and clean. Today we had Griffin Ellis out to inspect our roof and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Amstill for your roofing needs.
