  The roof company came in and broke in both small iron gates and large yard gates by damaging the door when I was not at home. They firstly denied the damage by themselves. Later the boss Alex came to check and I also told I have to find Weld company to fix it but it can't be closed easily at a cost $500. He said he will find people to fix it since the door can't be closed and also the broken iron chain for the large iron yard gate. But later the repairman came and he though it will be a big job to fix the small gate and he will send a quote to Alex. but he fixed the broken chain for me. But when I ask when Alex will send the small gate, he lied and he said that I didn't want to fix the small gate. I will not use this company any more.

  The driver in TSY-1683 on 2/22 drives dangerously. The day is coming that he runs someone off the road. I hope someone sues and takes them for everything. Disgusting.

  Very sorry, that this happened The driver reported that someone on a black ford sedan 4 door, try cutting in front on the 610 feeder right before bellaire blvd. We will make the drivers aware of the situation, thanks for letting us know about this incident.

Im glad that green house energy help to solve the problem We have paid for all the repairs. To assure customer satisfaction that is our main purpose.

  The roof inspector was responsive and helpful. However, the technician that did the repairs did a deficient job. Once, the repairs were done my roof was again inspected by another company and they pointed out flaws. A visual check of the roof still shows flashing, lifting shingles and visible nails. So, not all defects were rectified. The repairs done by EZroof does not provide value for money.

  Hi Leo this is Alex with EZ ROOF, i would like to take the time to apologies for any inconvenience with this roofing situation, and i would like to also take the time to explain a bit of why some times roof leaks in flat roofs are very difficult to find and solve. we did this repair in 2011 and after one year of many bad rains your roof leaked not right after we did the repair one year had to past for the water to penetrate and damaged your Sheetrock in the ceiling, when there is poor drainage from a flat roof water seats and the chances of water getting in are very high, and this was the case in your roof system.

  Ez Roof has done a great job. Special thanks to Carlos, Esteban, and the entire crew. Our roof was replaced 6 years ago and is holding up in great shape. They guided us through the insurance claim process making it stress free. Great service, honest, professional, caring staff. Highly recommend!

  EZ Roof and Construction, especially Mr. Roberto Guzman, provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They offered competitive, fair pricing and completed the project efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship. The team arrived promptly, kept the job site clean, and patiently addressed all of our questions. They went above and beyond by repairing minor damage to our window sunscreens during the process and ensuring everything was left in great condition. Their commitment to quality continued even after the job was completed, returning a year later for an inspection and making any necessary adjustments.
