We hired Van Buren Construction to build out an extension underneath our elevated house in a flood zone. We obtained bids from 5 GC's and we felt most comfortable with their quote because he had a plan to construct the walls in a way that would help prevent rain and flood waters from entering the room. This requirement added a complexity to the project but his team delivered an end project with a stellar outcome. The owner, Kevin, is very friendly and outgoing, and he was eager to make sure we were happy with their work. His crew has been with him for awhile and seemed to enjoy working for Kevin, which is a huge benefit when choosing the right GC with a trusted crew. We are thrilled with the work done and would highly recommend hiring this company for any remodels, additions, or new construction (they're building quite a few around here), especially if you are located in a flood zone.

Assurance Residential performed quality work using exceptional shingles. From the first contact through the entire roof replacement we were more than pleased with the professionalism and courtesy shown to us. Our roof looks wonderful and we know if anything comes up in the future we can contact Assurance Residential.

We had a roof inspection at the insurance companies request. They took pictures and provided us with an estimate. Super friendly and efficient service. Definitely would call on them again!
