Called for an estimate for a roof repair. Mark came out on 11/4 and gave an estimate for a few different options to repair the roof since he couldn't pinpoint the exact source of the problem. Scheduled the repair for 11/8. Called on 11/7 to confirm with Mark what his ETA would be. He replied with 10am on Friday. 5pm Friday rolls around with no show/no call. I then emailed them that eveing and told them not to bother coming at all. Didn't trust them doing the work being they can't follow and communicate that something came up and wouldn't be able to make the appointment. I take time out of my busy day to get an estimate and they can't follow through with the work.
