  They are currently suing a 70 year old woman that had cancer and placing a lien on her home in Lakeland because she can’t pay the cost of her roof because they lied to her saying her insurance would pay it all. How disgusting are you? Saying insurance would pay for her roof but they overcharged her by $15,000! That lady may wind up homeless due to this company. How can yall sleep at night?

  This people are running a scam. They're basically ambulance chasers but for roof. They bullshit you with shitty lawyers who do absolutely nothing to resolve the case but at the end keep 40% of your money. On top of it they over price the roof work by 100%. It took them 2 years to get my roof done and when we tried to go somewhere else they threatened us to keep 30% of the funds recover on top of the 40% the attorneys got. Do you see where I'm going here? That's not the end of the story. They are refusing to finish the roof and sent me a bill for over $2000 and now are trying to steal my home from me and put a lien on my home. I will be contacting the Governor to discuss these kinds of scams that target the vulnerable and the elderly.

  No surprise to see the reviews. These guys were soliciting in my neighborhood, then one of them walked into my house without even knocking! After I confronted him and told him I wasn't interested, he cussed me out and stormed back to his truck. Major red flags!

  Do not do business with this company they over charge you for the roof and the insurance will not pay because because they over charge and you will be liable for paying the reminder which could be anywhere from 5000-8000 dollars DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

  Florida Roof Specialists, Inc followed through as they promised. I am very satisfied with my roof and the service. The insurance company would not pay, procrastinated to the very end. We prevailed in my favor, So thankful!!!

  Terrible experience. They threw our brand new gutters away after repeatedly telling us they would set them to the side for us to handle getting reinstalled. They were no help in resolving the issue and have cost us $3,000 to replace our gutters. They suck.

  This is the worst place I have came across and let’s talk about the FRAUD not to mention they have changed their name’s multiple times to avoid lawsuits. The sales people that come to your house to get on your roof purposely tears up your shingles to say you need a new roof and I have plenty of proof of that. RUN!! Beware!!

  Bait and switch. The salesman that I was dealing with said, over and over again, That I would be getting a free roof. No money out of pocket. Once the insurance came through with the approval the story changed. When I called to cancel, they sent me an invoice for $3,000 for cancellation. I'm now reading some reviews about this franchise saying that they're leining peoples houses over work that hasn't been done. Total scammers.
