  I am very upset with this company my husband call for them to come back to finish the job, because we were installing new gutters, and Mr. Brandon from Freedom never answer respond our message. The inspector were supposed to came and check the roofing and we still waiting. We paid in full and cash. The did a very bad job, spaces empty, we have pictures too. Never will recommend it to nobody this company

  I would give 0 stars if possible...company did not show up at appointment...Did not return phone calls regarding the no show...I would consider choosing another company if you need a roof!

  Hey Susan, this is Dave with Freedom Roofing Division. I believe you may have the wrong company. We are based out of Clearwater, FL. We do not have you anywhere in our system and do not have any records of an appointment scheduled with you. We thoroughly searched our records for any indication of an appointment or phone call with you and we do not see that anywhere. I apologize for the confusion, but I think this is the wrong company.

  While the actual roofing work looked good, I’m extremely disappointed with how this project was left incomplete. I repeatedly pointed out an issue with the broken awning over my back door that made it unusable. I spoke to the crew about it before, during, and after the job, and they assured me it would be taken care of. It wasn’t. Not only did they leave the awning hanging dangerously, they also left a pile of debris and trash in my yard for over a week after claiming the job was “done.” It took multiple follow-up messages just to get them to come back and clean up—but even then, they still didn’t address the back door issue. Now I’m stuck with a door I still can’t open, and I’m worried that if I try to fix it myself, I’ll damage the new roof or void the warranty. I regret trusting their word and paying in full before they followed through. I’d strongly recommend holding final payment until every part of your job is truly finished. Even though it’s been 6+ weeks, I have my crossed that they might still be willing to come finish it.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ! Left a deposit beginning of November . Was told crew would come first week in December . No one came no one called . Many many calls later they finally showed up 2 weeks ago (just after New years) to dismantle the carport . It was a Friday. They said they would be back the next week to finish the job . It’s now past the middle of January . Now we can’t seem to get them back to finish the job. They don’t answer the phone . They don’t return calls. They say they will be there the next day but no one shows up. They say they can’t work in the rain but it’s not raining . Now they have AI sending messages that the workers will be there in an hour …. They simply don’t show up. I would suggest using another company .

  The crew arrived EARLY and had my roof completed in less than 8 hours. They even got the pine needles off of my carport roof! I could not be happier from minute one. Insection was completed and he even worked on covering the hole in my roof. Being a huge hole was in my roof and it's monsoon season, they completed the work that same week. The staff answered all my questions and I finally feel secure!

  Met with Brandon regarding our roof and gutters. He was very thorough and explained everything we needed. Our roof was OK but needed a new gutter. Ours was missing on one side of house. He was kind enough to clean out the other! So far, the whole Freedom company has been awesome! Had two other repairs and replacements done. All terrific! Thanks guys!

  Had a new TPO roof over installed on our mobile home and Freedom not only did a top notch job but the back office went above and beyond to help find financing and made it simple. Definitely would recommend having this company as one of your estimates and really consider this pro company to complete your project.

  The workmanship is very good. I had to clean my gutters because they had roofing and screws clogging the down spouts. Pick up over 75 screws in the yard, driveway, and road. Also got a screw in a tire on my car.

  I had a new roof put on my mobile home and addition. I am very pleased with my new roof. The two young men that installed it did a beautiful job. When they started the roof they worked until they finished it. They cleaned up behind themselves. I would highly recommend Freedom Roofing.

  This company and their install team are top notch. Would highly recommend them. Office is great to work with and we’re very accommodating to our schedule. The install team arrived on time, got right to work. They were efficient and professional and I might add friendly. Great overall experience.

  100% satisfaction!! After a train wreck on my mother in-laws mobile home roof done by another company, Freedom came to the rescue on mine. From the estimate to final completion it went without a flaw. Brandon calmed my nerves with all his experience and confidence in the crew and that was greatly appreciated! Super job. Crew was clean, friendly and definitely hustling the entire time. Cleaned everything up afterwards leaving just a happy customer. Thanks again!! Highly recommend!!!!

  Final product and installation was great! Brandon, Taylor, and Anthony were helpful and personable. Overall communication lacked a bit from time they did inspection to time of installation but in the end, we are very happy with results!

  Freedom Roofing did a great job on my roof ! Got the permit pulled and told me when they were going to start. Went very smoothly ! I will be calling these guys in the future if I need anything for my mobile home !

Not every older mobile home roof needs a full roof-over, but this one did. The owner was considering a coating, but we found cracking in several areas and a soft spot near a vent. A coating would have covered the problems instead of fixing them. We installed a TPO roof-over for a long-term solution.
