The workmanship was extremely poor. After about 2 weeks after the installation I called because there was an issue with the ridge cap. Every time we would get a strong northly wind the roof would vibrate. The tech couldn't find what was causing that however he did find several other workmanship problems including a couple of places of rotten wood that was not replaced. He also said they would never use that crew again because of the issues they have had with them. I found a water leak about 15 months after the installation and you could clearly see someone did not remove a peace of metal were the water was coming in. Missed the fine print where you only have 12 months coverage on water leaks and they charged me $407.00 to repair it. I mailed the 2 checks and they lost both of them and threatened to file a lien on my house. They had to actually send their tech out to my house so I could physically hand him a check. I still have the issue with the ridge cap when we get a strong northly wind and that's going on 5 years now. Would highly not recommend.

Mike Pirolo is a wonderful representative of RIGHT NOW ROOFING. These people are very honest, which is a real virtue in Florida. They are truly concerned about their work. The crew manager, Marco, answers every single call immediately or returns calls within minutes. The clean up is excellent! My Father was an architect and my son, a contractor. I’ve owned several properties, so I’ve seen a great deal of roofing. These people work together seamlessly. I highly recommend RIGHT NOW ROOFING to anyone needing a roof.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben for a roofing job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment we met, Ben was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me with my roofing needs. He took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and provide a detailed estimate. Once the work began, Ben and his team were efficient and respectful of my property. They arrived on time each day, worked diligently, and kept the site clean throughout the project. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding—my new roof not only looks fantastic, but I feel confident that it will last for years to come. Ben’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really set him apart. He even followed up after the job was completed to ensure everything was to my liking. I highly recommend Ben for any roofing needs; he truly goes above and beyond! Thank you, Ben, for a job well done!
