Valley Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Valley Roofing.

We called Valley Roofing due to a rainwater leak in garage. Seven thousand dollars later we thought the leak was resolved. During the next rain there was another leak. The estimate for that was $36,000. Seems the entire roof needs replacing now . Why weren’t we made aware of the severity of the problem from the first visit l Therefore the trust with Valley Roofing people about what is needed has been eliminated regarding roof repairs/replacement. David handled our roofing repair with skill and care. He did not rush and focused on long term results. The roof has held up perfectly since the work was completed.

The repair process felt calm and organized. First the inspection, then a clear explanation, and finally a clean finish. Everything looks solid, and the leak hasn’t returned after several rainy days.

I liked that they double-checked the attic to make sure there wasn’t hidden water damage. That extra step meant a lot because I’ve had issues with mold before. Everything came back clear.
