  After the first heavy rain, I noticed a brown water spot growing on the ceiling below the roof valley where two slopes come together. Then I found drips in the attic near the vent pipe flashing, and a few shingles on the back section were curled and lifted from wind. I was pretty stressed because every time it rained, it sounded like the roof leak might be getting worse and causing more damage. Joseph and Darrell came out and did a full roof inspection instead of making a quick guess. They checked the underlayment, roof valleys, ridge line, pipe boots, and all the flashing around the roof penetrations. They showed me how water was getting under cracked composition shingles and where the old sealant had worn out and failed. What I appreciated most was how calm, professional, and patient they were through the whole roofing repair process. They explained everything in simple terms and made it feel much less overwhelming. They replaced the damaged shingles, redid the flashing, sealed around the vent, and repaired a soft area in the roof decking before it could turn into a bigger issue. They also cleared out built-up debris that was stopping proper drainage, which was a big part of the leak problem. It was clear they really understand roofing and waterproofing, not just quick patch jobs. The repair looked clean and solid, everything was fastened properly, and they took time to explain why drainage, flashing, and sealing matter so much around valleys and roof penetrations, especially with seasonal rain. Since the work was finished, we’ve had more rain and there has not been a single leak, drip, or new ceiling stain. The biggest thing for me was the peace of mind. I went from worrying about mold, drywall damage, and a huge repair bill to feeling like my home was protected again. Once they took care of the roof, the whole situation felt manageable, and I finally felt relaxed the next time it rained.

  Crestwood Roofing's did an excellent job on my new roof. The crew was on time each day, worked efficiently, and even finished earlier than expected. Everyone was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly skilled with roofing work. Darrell came by on the first day after the old shingles were removed to inspect everything and help with replacing a few damaged roof boards, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. They also helped with a few extra things I did not expect, which made the whole project go even more smoothly. In San Fernando, it is important to have a solid, well-installed roof that can handle the sun and heat, and I feel like this one was done right. The cleanup was great, the communication was clear, and the whole process felt organized from start to finish. I already shared their contact with my son so he can get a roofing estimate for his new house, and I would gladly use them again for future exterior work. I really love my new roof.

  Over time, a few shingles blew off my roof during wind storms, so I called Crestwood Roofing's for a repair. Joseph took a sample shingle, found an excellent match, and replaced the missing pieces that had originally been installed by another contractor. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and the roof repair blended in so well that I could not tell where the work had been done. Even up close, the new shingles looked tight, secure, and better fastened than some of the older ones on the rest of the roof. It is not easy to get a seamless shingle match in a sunny place like San Fernando, so I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. I was very impressed with the workmanship, the clean repair, and the overall roofing service, and I would gladly call again for any future roof repair.

  We had an older roof leak that caused a lot of damage, and the roofing crew came out the next day and started the repair right away. They removed part of our concrete roof tiles down to the underlayment and roof deck where the wood had gone bad, replaced the damaged area, and then put the tiles back in place. Everything was completed in one day, which was a huge help. Darrell and Joseph were friendly, skilled, and easy to work with, and they explained the roofing work clearly. The price was very fair for the amount of repair needed. In San Fernando, it is great to find a roofer that responds fast and knows how to handle tile roof leaks and damaged decking. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
