  i had two roof leaks that other roofers could not figure out, and i spent a lot of money without fixing the problem. Then pedro was recommended to me by a neighbor who had good things to say about his roofing work. pedro gave me a clear quote and said the repair should take about an hour. The job ended up taking around four hours because he wanted to fully trace the leak and make sure the flashing, shingles, and problem areas were fixed the right way. When the crew finished, i expected extra charges for the added time and labor, but the invoice matched the original quote. i asked about it, and pedro said a quote is a quote and he does not take shortcuts. very honest roofing service, fair pricing, and careful work. i am very happy with the roof repair and would gladly recommend them.

  i’m very happy with the reroofing work on my home. the crew was flexible and easy to work with while i handled a few small items myself, like replacing some roof sheathing, repainting fascia after the old drip edge metal was removed, and making a minor fascia adjustment. They also do that kind of roofing and trim work, but I appreciated having the option. During the job, the material supplier sent the wrong shingle grade, even though it looked almost identical to what was ordered. charles and the crew caught the issue after some shingles had already been installed, told me right away, and arranged for all the bundles to be exchanged. Even though it added extra time to the project, they removed the shingles that were already on and made sure the roof system was completed the right way. That kind of honesty and care is hard to find. The team was hardworking, professional, and clearly focused on quality from start to finish. They paid attention to the roofing details, kept communication clear, and made sure everything looked clean and solid for the warm Northridge climate. It felt more like a real conversation than a sales pitch. Charles explained that they aim to do every roofing job the right way and stand behind their work. I liked how honest, clear, and detailed they were about the process, warranty coverage, ventilation, and what the crew would do from tear-off to final cleanup. The phone support was also excellent, and I felt comfortable moving forward right away. They scheduled the roof replacement at a time that worked well for us, which made the whole process easier.   I had a leak under my bay window roof, so I called for roofing service the next day. Charles handled my request right away and worked hard to fit me into the schedule. A roofer arrived about two hours later, checked the metal roofing area, and found that one spot had not been sealed the right way. He also gave the rest of the metal roof a visual inspection and said it looked to be in solid condition overall. He sealed the problem area and painted it to blend in closely with the roof color.
